When life gives you lemons
You won't make lemonade
You might talk about making it
You might even plan on it
But majority of you won't
Because after all who makes homemade lemonade
With real, actual lemonades
There will be a faction of people
Who might ground their own sugar and squeeze their own lemons
But in the end they won't be noticed anymore than the people with artificial lemonade
Lemons are not actual lemons, of course
They represent hardships
Obstacles in your life
And lemonade represents the light at the end of the tunnel
Another metaphor
But then again
Who ever actually drinks that lemonade?
And who notices how much sweeter it is when they do?
