Do you remember?
The nursery rhymes
That used imaginary words
That made you laugh and smile
The child hood songs
That sugarcoated even the worst events
That you sang, shouted, and danced
The good times
That you spent with all those fake friends
That you walked through oblivious
The wrongs
That you repeatedly made
That you never made right or apologized for
Did you notice?
That even in those smallest, fakest moments
That you were happy
That you had no other care than yourself
Do you remember?
