Chapter 24

••Asuna's pov••

"What are you doing? Please that is enough don't kill my men." She pleaded crying out seeing her comrades turn to dust. Not really caring about the pleading lady on the floor, i looked down at her with my red eyes. And continued to kill off her men mercilessly, i just laughed at her as i pierce my hand through someone's heart. The vampire quickly turned to dusk, licking my bloody hand i said "bitter." "This is why you're parents didn't love you. You're a monster." She screamed out. "You got guts lady. Even though you are severely injured and is at the edge of you life." I said emotionless but angry inside to mention them at a time like this. "Yeah you heard me." She said not afraid knowing that she was going to die anyways. Using my fire, it separated us from the level Es her servant from coming and interrupting. "I see that you are asking for your death already but i am not done with you." I said as i stabbed her stomach with my hand. Her agonising scream echoed in the room as more of her servant came in to try and help their master. "What does your blood taste like i wonder?" I asked licking my hand. "Just like your men's blood. Bitter." Spitting it out.

"Why do you do this? Just kill me already." She continued to scream her conscious fading away. "I will don't worry." Smiling maliciously at her. "Why not now?" Continuing to question me annoyingly. "Don't get me wrong i am just doing my job as a vampire hunter." Spawning my murasame sword out pointing it at her neck. "You are one cruel hunter." Her eyes empty from emotions. "There is no such thing as a kind hunter. They have signed up to avenge their lost beloved or is from line of hunters. Because of us innocent people have to suffer a miserable life." Thinking of Zero and the past life that he have to go through. "Then what about you why are you a vampire hunter when you are a pureblood vampire yourself?" She asked. "You were never loved by your parents. What does that got to do with revenge? What you gonna take revenge on them? You hypocrite." Looking down at her like she is a mare fly I didn't think as i stabbed my sword through her heart. "What a pity you are gone. With your friends, enjoy your stay." Waving at her before she shattered like a glass.

My once white uniform is now covered in blood, teleporting out of the building i used my physic powers to destroy the place. Killing everything in it. Walking into where i can feel Rin's presence which was into the forest. Attracting vampires on my way cause of my clothes that is stained with blood. Not really caring much i just continued to walk. My vision started to double, everything was spinning before me, blearing my way i stumble to the nearest tree and held my head panting. Continuing to walk cause i might lose her and never caught up to her, i stumble on a tree trunk and hit my head on the dirty ground hard. Big black dots covered my eyes, feeling my conscious fade away i put a barrier around myself so no one can touch me. And completely past out on the cold floor.

••Rin's pov••

"Kyle where she now?" I asked calmly. "She seems to have left the building. She is also moving." He said focusing hard on finding her. "Kyle can't you just teleport us to her. Wouldn't that be more easier?" Alice asked yawning. "I know... Oh let's just do that but I don't guarantee that we will be where she is." He explained. Closing his eyes for a second, he pointed his hand to the ground in front of him his eyes glowed blue and a portal appeared. "Stay close to me or you will go somewhere else." He warned his eyes still glowing blue. "What you talking about portals don't work like that. You just have to step in and you will be on the other end of the hole." Ken said. "Well that's what Asuna's portal does." He added. "I don't really practice my portal skills if that is even a thing. So don't judge me." He whined.

Stepping in one by one we were teleported to  in the middle of the forest, her presence is really strong here. Like she was right in front of me but no one was there. "Well you are right you really are bad at portal location." I commented. "What did i tell you, i told you that i was bad at it and i was not practicing it." He whined.
