i stared at my phoned at what seemed like eternity before finally acepting the call and taking a deep breath, shakily brought the phone to my ear.

gulping i managed to stutter out " h..hell..o?"

" jay! long time no see, look im sorry i havent been in contcat with you all these years, but i had my reasons, i carnt tell you now, but i promise you jay i will tell you"

he sounded so sure, i know i havent heard his voic ein 10 years but i still remember it like it was just yesterday we were playing in the yard. i heard a sigh on the other end, he was hiding something or anxious to tell me something. he always did this

" al? whats wrong" i asked. he diidnt reply for a minuite but what came out of his mouth scared me more than anything.

" jay i am so sorry for everything, i promise you ill get back in contact with you but please, for the safety of yourself be carefull. please i love you." and after that all i heard was the dial tone telling me he had hung up.

i knew he was not telling the whole truth, he hasent contacted me in ovre 10 years! why would he start now! i knew there was something behind this and i am on a mission to find out.

hauling my ass from the bed i quickly took a shower, got dressed in my sports gear liam had got me and went downstais to the gym.

i started with the punch bag, releasing all my anger out. next i moved outside and went o n the track. i liked running , it made me feel free again, i remember running with alex when we were younger, through the fileds. it felt nice having the wind in my hair. and finally i started basketball , getting nearly all the dunks in ( idk what it is?)

after an hour i decided to go in only to be met by the boys, danielle, eleanor and perrie. i had met all the girls last week, they were all really nice.

they gave me concernd looks as if asking what was wrong, but sure in hell i would tell them they dont know anything thats going on in my life or what happend. they dont eveen care.

i rolled my eyes and pushed pased them. getting another shower to clear up the sweat before dinner.

as i slowly creeped downstairs i heard the boys talking " what do you think is wrong" a voice i recognised as liams aked " i dont know mate but she was fine this morning" another voice, zayn said " just leave her alone i think its best just to let her cool of" i heard danielle say. rolling my eyes i decided to make a apperance.

as soon as i walked through the doors all eyes were on me and it was a little creepy.

"guys stop" i said and they all started thier own conversations waiting for tea, leaving me in my own world to daydream.

********liam's pov***************************

jamie had been quite all tea and barley eaten her food, just playing with it. i and im sure everybody else had been wondering what was going on, but it looked like she wasent going to tell us soon.

we had seen her play basketball and do track. and i gott admit she was quite good.

deciding to break the awkward silince i coughed and all eyes, well exept jamies, were on me " so did everyone have a good day?" i know awkward , but it was the only thing i could think of, i heard a bunch of 'yeas' and 'ok', but when i looked up at jamie she just rolled her eyes.

not 5 mins later we heard a phone going off, we looked around the room and saw jamie sheepishly look up and mumble " i gotta take this" we all had questioning eyes, as she left and closed the door, the nosy people they are harry, louis and niall followed her. minuites later the boys returned with worried, confused and shocked faces.

" what is it man" zayn asked impationtally."um..well...she ...was ...um on the phone with someone called simon and he wanted her to go see him at his office" niall awnserd shhepishly.

i couldent help it but when i heard ' siomon' and 'office' i couldent help but think of our manager simon cowell.i dont know who this 'simon' fella is but im determined to get to the bottom of this.

******************************jamies pov*****************************************

simon wanted me to meet up with him, something about a collabiration . he was sending a limo that would be here in about 20 mins.

slugishly i walked back into the dining room where it all turned deatly silince, sheesh you would of thought i just murderd someone.

as stealthily as i could ( hehe im a ninja, you betta be ware im coming to get you with my awsome ninja-ness) i slid into my chair.

i found my voice as i spoke " um.. i going to my friends sheel be her in 20 minuites....?" it came out as more as aquestion though.

they nodded, just as the bell rang. i sprang to my feet going as fast as i could, however perries still beat me there. jake awnserd the door. whys jake here? ohh right he was my 'friend picking me up. he was the dj mixers son. he was the same age as me and i got to admit i had a crush on him but see him more as a brother. by now all the boys ( and girls) had goined.

of course liam going all daddy direction again started firing questions but jake beat him to it. " hello my names jake, im jamies friend from school, i just need her to help me with my homework. its loverly to meet you.

the boys seemed still suspicious before nodding and relaxed.however perrie and eleanor winked at me obvaisloy thinking something diffrent. i rolled my eyes at thier childnish before turning around to leave, but not before luois yelled " dont forget to use protection!" i blushed so hard at this i was a cherry tomatoe before pulling a chuckling jake faster before my 'family' could say anything that would embarrases me further.

thanking jake as we got in  the limo we sped to the record company.
