Anthony's POV
"Then she said to get away from her?"
"Uh-huh." It is currently 10:30 pm in our local park, where me and mi amigos were hanging around all smoking our cigarettes well except for Eliza and Jason. We haven't spoken to Brad the whole day after the incident in the first period, whatever he had done hurt Bianca really bad that made her fall into tears.
Brad and I weren't always close friends; I never had like best friends, but I had good close ones. It may surprise you, but I consider myself closer to Sam than the rest. Sure, they were all great, but the one who gets me, the one who listens and gives out great advice, is the one and only Samuel Anderson. We have known each other for a long time, I've known him longer than the rest of the crew, since he moved from England in our 8th year with his girlfriend.
They just couldn't stand being away from each other; I guess that's what love does to you, you just feel so attached that when you have to let go of someone close to you, you feel empty in within. Deep, I know. Hey, just because people think I'm an emotionless prick doesn't mean I don't have common sense, and don't understand deep things.
Brent was always around since 1st grade, but I've never actually approached him or talked to him before freshman year where we wanted to establish our reputations. Jason moved from California before living in Seoul last year. Brent, Sam and Jason are like a golden trio. Always around each other, always helping out. As girls would say 'B-F-F's for life!'
"So what is her problem?" voiced Jason how sat slumped on the park bench.
"That maybe she hates guys who smoke?" I answered joked.
"Probably, but did you see how she looked at Brad today in Biology?" Questioned Brent seriously who just extinguished his 2nd cigar.
"Of course I did, I was in front of her. At first she looked mad that she saw me, then furious when she saw him. I don't think I've seen anyone that all-out in my entire life." I replied snappily.
"Well," smirked Jason, "she is some chic."
"I may have to cut in guys," responded Eliza "But I feel like she is holding everything inside of her as if not crumple in front of us. Whatever Brad must've done affected her a great deal." All of nodded in agreement at Eliza's statement while Sam kissed her cheek grinning proudly.
"Ew, guys not PDA!" Brent screeched attempting to stop them although they haven't technically done anything wrong, I guess. "Anyways do you think they've dated or something, only an ex-girlfriend can do that."
"No." I re-joined firmly while throwing my 3rd cigarette to the bin.
"What makes you think that?" asked Sam with a smirk.
"Because when she slapped him she said that it's his fault she is here, and now he has to suffer the consequences. She thought she whispered enough for me not hear but I overheard her. It seems to me that he had done something in Dubai to her that made her leave the country. Didn't he say something big happened that he moved immediately back here? Now not only he moved away from his problems but also affected a great deal of making Bianca have the urge to move all the way from Dubai to a country she's never been to."
Everyone looked at me with shocked faces. What? I can be logical and reasonable. All except Sam looked surprised, I learned from the best. "I agree with Anthony over here."
"You are right." Countered Eliza, "I did notice her today during Art/Music class and English Literature how depressed she looked. Maribel was always attempting her to cheer up, but she would flash a forced smile for a couple of seconds before focusing back on her notebook."
