Falling In The Wrong Direction

Times Ticking....

Charleigh's P.O.V

So, Emma's ran away! We have to think how to trick her into coming back. I told Emma's parents about the 'running away thing' and they had no idea what to do about it. I thought about telling her that Caspar was in hospital may work, but she said she no longer liked or loved Caspar because he was trying to make her love life decisions for her. So I contacted Alfie....

"Hello Charleigh"

"Hi Alfie, I need to speak to you"

"I'm with Emma so can't speak to you" He whispered.

"It's serious" I told him, keeping my cool.

"What's serious?"

"Emma's party!"

"Oh no, I forgot about that. I will see what I can do to convince her to come home, at least for the party!" He said in a caring and shocked voice, but still whispering.

"Thank you so much Alfie! We're counting on you, so no pressure" I exclaimed in a relieved voice.

"Speak to you later then Charleigh and hopefully see you soon too" He said, ending the convo.

"Speak soon, and again, cheers" I said putting the phone down.

Few, that was over and Alfie was going to bring Emma home! I'm so so so worried about all of this, what if Alfie fails and all of Emma's guests turn up? The party will be a total disaster without the Birthday girl....

Caspars P.O.V

It's all my fault! I've made my sister run away, I need to make her come back. I also need to be not as hard on her, she needs freedom and she needs to make her own life decisions without me interfering. I'm going to have to make friends with Alfie so that he will want to come back too. I'm going to have to ring him....

"Caspar, is this you?"

"Yes, it is, I need to apologise to you for how I reacted"

"You don't need to apologise, I shouldn't have done what I did"

"Well, I know that! But we need you to bring Emma home"

"Charleigh has already rang me and I'm doing my best"

"Is Emma with you now?"

"She's in the same hotel as me but I'm in the bathroom and she's in the living room"

"May I speak to her?"

"I doubt that's a good idea but I will make sure she is home before the party in 3 days"

"Okay, thanks. Tell her I'm sorry"

"I will do, see you soon Casp"

"See you Alf"

Phew me and Alfie were civil and Emma was coming home, hopefully. I had an idea of what Alfie could do to make Emma come home, she hadn't gone that far away from home to never return. Alfie could pretend to run away from Emma but drive back to here. Then, Emma would get really upset and run back home by calling me or someone. But then Alfie could be at Emma's party and Charleigh is flying back to England tomorrow so will be able to trick Emma into coming to the party. It will be the happiest, most amazing party ever! I just hope it will work but first I need to ring Alfie to tell him the plan....

"Hey"

"Hi Alf"

"What's up?"

"I've thought of a plan of how to make Emma come back"

"Tell me more"

"You need to pretend to run away Alf!"

"What! I can't do that." He raised in a sort of disappointed with me manner.

"I'll tell you the whole plan" I said ignoring everything he had just said. "So, you run away, but you run back here to my house. Then Emma gets upset that you've left her so runs back home because there's no where else she can go. Then Charleigh will trick her into coming to the party venue, we will all be there and then we can explain everything to Emma. Does it sound like a deal?" I told him, begging him to say 'deal'.

"Well...."

"Well what?" I said confuzzledly.

"Won't she get really mad that we tricked her into doing all of this?"

"I never thought about that, but I doubt it cos she'll really enjoy her party"

"Perhaps I should just try my best to persuade her to come home as plan 'A' and then if that doesn't work we will do your plan, plan 'B'.

"Deal!" I said as ecstatic as can be.

So the plan 'A' was going to be put in action tonight, and if that didn't work then plan 'B' would be put in action tomorrow morning. That would hopefully mean that she will be back tomorrow, and the party is the day after so it's perfect. Charleigh and Emma's parents were flying back home at 5:00am this morning so they would be back at about 5:00pm tonight because it's a 12 hour flight.

I got a text from Charleigh at 3:00am this morning saying they were just boarding the plane so would be setting off in 30mins to an hour, I didn't see the message til 7:30am this morning though. I'd also had a text from Alfie saying that plan 'A' may have worked but he wasn't sure. Emma had her old phone with her again because she had Alfie's number on it and didn't have her new one yet which meant that MY number was on it....

"What do you want?" A deafening voice bawled from the other end of the phone.

"I just want to apologize for how I reacted between you and Alfie"

"Turn the music down Alf! I can't here the phone" I heard Emma shout to Alfie. "Sorry about that, what did you want to say?" She said calmly.

"I need you to come back home"

"And why might that be?! I'm not gonna let you crawl back Caspar, what you did was terrible." Emma said raising her voice slightly.

"Look, I just want us to be one big happy family and have Alfie involved too Emma"

"There is nothing you can do or say to incise me to change my mind" Emma said.

"Okay, I give up trying. I love you little sis"

"Bye"

"Bye" I said putting the phone down.

So it didn't look like Emma was coming home yet, it felt like it was gonna end up in a disaster! Joe has no clue what to do either, and if he doesn't know what to do about girls then who does? Alfie said he would try plan 'B' but I doubt that will work either. What if Emma NEVER comes home??

Emma's P.O.V

It's all Caspar's fault! None of this would have happened if he would have just fucked off out of my love life. It's easy to see that they're gonna try and trick me to come home because Alfie tried to beg me to come home last night. Charleigh doesn't even know anything about this, she just knows that I'm gone! It's her fault for lying to me about the airport and the weather and then not coming to see me on my birthday. Unless she's there now, and she wanted to surprise me. What have I done, she could be waiting right now, depending on me to come home. I might have to end up going home after all, but it's been a long day so I'll think about it again in the morning....
