2. The Anxiety Attack

I woke up to Bryan yelling in my face,
"Wake up Johnnie! Wake the fuck up!" He yelled in my ears, causing me to jump up and scream like a little girl,
"What the hell Bryan?!" I shouted at him, he smiled, oh I see you think it's funny to yell in my EAR! #nothilarious he started giggling, oh now your laughing, wow Bryan really funny! His laugh ticked me off, it was so annoying and irritating, like wtf! Is that even human,
"Come on Johnnie, I have another idea for a video" he grabbed my arm, yanking me towards the living room area, but his fingers were wrapped around my left rust, my heart stops, the world around me stops then my heart started to pick it's pace, becoming incredibly fast, he knows I don't like it when someone grabs my wrist like that! As we entered the living room, I saw Alex, Jordan and Kyle, Kyle's face turned from happy to angry or pissed off, I couldn't tell,
"Bryan!" He shouted, making Bryan stop in his place, but he still had hold of my wrist, my breathing became more unsteady, it felt like my lungs were collapsing, it felt like the walls were closing in on me, I found it harder to breath every second, everyone looked so confused, I saw Shannon sat on the edge of the sofa, I didn't even spot her, but everyone looked extremely confused,
"Let go of his wrist!" Kyle yelled, walking quickly up to him, yanking my wrist out of his grip, then guilt and sadness rouse in Bryan's face,
"I'm so sorry Johnnie" he says not realizing that I still couldn't breath, my heart rate was still fast, it became even more harder for me to breath, he held my wrist, for what seemed like years, I panicked, Kyle looked concerned and scared,
"Johnnie are you okay?" Kyle asked looking at me, I tried to speak to him but it was so hard, so difficult due to my anxiety and depression, so much stuff went on around my head, it became difficult to keep up, everyone is staring, I must get out, I need fresh air, yes! Fresh air, that's what I need, I ran straight for the door, gasping for air, all I know was I needed air, I staggered outside, taking deep breaths of fresh air, clearing my lungs.
