Dance || chapter 9

Sorry if this sucks ass or is published really late, or both 😅 Ive had a lot of homework.

*Kayla's POV*

"SCHOOL DANCE TONIGHT, SCHOOL DANCE TONIGHT, DONT FORGET TO COME" I hear a group of people yell as they march through the hallway.

A school dance huh.. Sounds fun

I see Natsu walk through the entrance door and run to him

"Hey Natsu, okay so we're going to the school dance tonight and you're going with Aimee." I say

"Why?? School dances are kinda lame.." He says as sulks

"They're actually really fun, so trust me.. You probably haven't been to one!" I say

"Yeah but... Hey, where's Aimee?" He asks trying to change the subject

"In the bathroom doing some-" I say before I was rudely interrupted

"Yep, Kay bye gonna find Aimee now" he says as he walks past me

"No. She's in the bathroom, and you're not going in there you sicko" I say, pulling his arm

"I'll give you a dollar if you go" I say as I'm still holding onto his arm

I use my secret weapon, my nails and stab his arm and hear his shriek echo through the hall way.

He instantly turns red and gives in

"I still get that dollar right?" He asks

"No, but if you don't come, I will make sure you're not able to use that arm anymore." I say and smile sweetly.

"Fine. Now go talk to your older brother. He's been looking for you" Natsu says and walks away

wtf does that overprotective scum want now 😒

I walk outside to find Laxative and see him sitting with Erza, probably talking about boring stuff..

"Are you going to that dance? Cause I am" he says

I nod my head, because I'm still mad at him.

"Well, I'm going with Erza. Is that weird?" He asks as Erza glares at him

He's probably trying to get a reaction out of me

I shake my head, no

"Who are YOU going with?" He asks

Well if I tell him sting, he'll get mad. But who gives a fuck.

"The one and only Sting Eucliffe." I say and roll my eyes

"You shouldn't even-" he says and starts to stand up, but Erza pulls him back down

"You need to calm down. Don't get worked up over this because sometime, now or later she's gonna grow up.. And become a strong and independent woman like me *erza laughs* no but seriously, you need to let her live her life how she wants to. Not avoiding all the boys because you don't want her to date." Erza says

"Thanks." I say and run into the school building to find Aimee

I finally find her in the library running around with Natsu like wild animals

"Aimee! Natsu! Where the heck is sting??" I ask

"I don't know.." Aimee says, I can TELL for a fact that she's lying

"Okay gotta go look for him" I mumble as I run off.

It's already 7:45 and school starts at 8 so I gotta hurry up.

7:53 ; I still didn't find sting! And I've checked everywhere, even the boys bathroom

*Natsu's POV*

7:55 am. It's go time.

"Where is he?" I ask Aimee

"He's almost here. Hopefully he doesn't run into Kayla" she says

Sting runs up to us, totally out of breath and has flowers and mozzarella sticks in his hand.

Yes, mozzarella sticks.

"Text her, we have to do this before school starts!" He says

Aimee texts Kayla and says to come to the tables outside of the library.

Now all we have to do is hide sting, and wait.

She finally gets here and sting runs and hugs her from behind and almost immediately you can hear Kayla scream

"You scared me omg! Where have you been??" She says

"I have something for you, bring them!" sting says

Aimee and I get the roses and mozzarella sticks and hand them to sting.

"Will you go to the dance with me?" He says and kneels down, handing the sticks and roses to Kayla 😂

"Yes!" She says as she throws down the items and hugs him.

I didn't propose to Aimee like this.. I better make sure she has fun at the dance..

Right when we all gathered our items, school started.
