The carnival || Chapter 8

Aimee's pov:
After the campfire we found Kayla and Laxus asleep on the ground. 😂.

"The fuck" I say, laughing at their positions on the ground.

"Watch your mouth. You're like 4." Erza scolds, slapping the back of my head.

I roll my eyes, and turn my attention back to Kayla.

"This is perfect payback material from last night." I grin evilly.

"Let the prank wars begin." I whisper.

I fill up a container of hottish/warm water, planning to put Kayla's fingers in it.

Natsu and the others went to sleep, none could be bothered to stick around for the aftermath.

I place Kayla's fingers into the water, noticing Sting starting to stir awake. Would he tattle on me?

I pray Sting doesn't wake, and run off, not knowing if the prank had worked or not.

On to my next victim. He thought he was safe >:)))).

I go over to Natsu's sleeping area, filling his hand with melted marshmallows from the campfire, and smearing as much as I could onto his face and body without him waking up.

I decided to stir up more trouble, since everyone was still asleep and I was restless.

I charcoal Erza's, Sting's, Laxus's and Aliyah's faces and hands as well.

After all my pranking I figured I shouldn't go to sleep.. Who knows what stuff they'd pull on me.

Natsu's pov:
I wake up to the sound of shrieking and chaos, somebody's laughter filling the air.. Aimee? God what'd that girl do now?

I bring my hands to my face to wipe away the sleep from my eyes and I'm greeted with a sticky substance I recognized as marshmallow covered throughout my hair and skin.

"Wha-" I question, the realization of Aimee's payback pranks catching up to me.

I come out of my tent to see who else she'd pranked.

Basically the whole camp. Nice. 😂

Aliyah, Erza and Sting were covered in chalk from head to toe, and Kayla was desperately trying to find a change of pants, as Aimee started kneeling down, laughing loudly at the scene.

I cross my arms over my chest, "Well played babe."

She turns around, falling to the ground in laughter at my new marshmallow suit.

I frown down at her, "you're so immature."

"You're just mad cuz my prank was better than yours." She replies, wiping the tears of laughter from her eyes.

I smile wickedly, a idea coming to my mind.

I take a step towards her, her face falling into a scared expression. "Natsu.. Don't even thin-"

I cut her sentence off by running after her as she breaks off into a sprint to get away from me.

I catch up to her, yanking her body into mine.

"NATSU NO" she cries out, as I smudge marshmallow all over her face, her body struggling to break free.

"This is what you get for being mean." I say, her face falling into a pout at her now covered in marshmallow, face.
