i'm just your problem

Marshall's POV

i woke up to just luna and me in the bed

where's gum-butt? was my first thought

i slowly slid out of the bed careful not to wake up luna

i walked down to the kitchen to see if he was there but he wasn't it was only peppermint maid

"where's gumball"

"i don't know i thought he was sleeping"

"well he wasn't"

"did you check the lab"

"no but i will" i said as i floated down the hall to the lab

i reached the lab and opened the door a little and peered in to see if gum-butt was in here and he was

"gum-but what are you doing in here so early in the morning?"

he jumped a little and then gave me a glare

"i'm working on a formula to bring back fionna" he said going back to his work pouring a purple liquid in to a beaker filled with orange liquid

"gummy who gave you this idea"

"luna did, she's such a genius, just like me"

"gummy why do you want to bring back fi? i know you miss her but she's probs enjoying heaven and being able to watch over us"

"because then i don't have to be sad anymore and all my problems will be solved"

"gummy bringing her back isn't gonna solve your problems" i said frowning "and besides your always sad? even when your with me and Luna?"

"bringing her back will solve my problems cause then i can talk to her about you and luna and all the other problems i have" he said mixing some chalk dust into his formula

"did you just call me and luna your problems?" i said crossing my arms and glaring at him a little

"no"

"i think you did"

"i don't think i did" he said looking at me

"you did and you know what i always knew i was just your problem and i knew i would always be no matter what our relationship was but i never thought you would say that our daughter who you wanted to adopt was your problem" i said looking at him with a bit of rage in my eyes

"marshall i didn't mean it like that"

"of course you didn't"

"i didn't listen to me.."

"no i'm tired of listening and besides i know that you did mean what you said"

"i didn't i..."

"save it" i said cutting him off "i'l just go gather my stuff and wake luna up and tell her to do the same then we will go to my old house so we are out of your way and you can work on bringing back fi and then you can be happy and junk"

"marshall don't i want you here"

"no you don't you just want to be happy but i guess me and luna can't make you happy but fionna can so have fun with your precious angel fionna while me and luna live our lives at my house" i said before walking out of the lab and slamming the door

i heard gummy yell "MARSHALL WAIT" but i just ignored him and went to go get my stuff and Luna cause i'm tired of being his problem and i'm tired of gummy crying over fionna

if he wanted her back so badly fine he can bring her back and live with her happily ever after and they can date and get married and have perfect little happy babies for all i care

when i reached gummy's bedroom i walked in and saw luna sitting there with a bag full of clothes and tears in her eyes

"i over heard you and gumball"

"well i'm sorry you had to hear that"

"it's fine just get your stuff so we can go already"

i grabbed all my stuff and shoved it in a bag and then went over to the window and floated right outside and trandsformed into my bat/demmon

luna grabbed hers and my stuff and crawled out the window and onto my back

"sorry if i scare you Luna"

"you don't i think you look quite awesome in this form"

"gumball doesn't think so i scare him when i'm like this"

"lets just go to our new home and forget about him"

"ok"

then we were off to start our new lives that didn't involve gumball

Gumball's POV

"MARSHALL WAIT" i yelld but it was too late he was already gone and walking up to the bedroom to take our daughter and their stuff to his house to forget about me forever and i would be left here to cry untill i die alone and in a puddle of my own tears

i started crying and fell to the ground

i stayed in that postion on the ground crying for about a half hour or so until i stood up and went back to my work

i had to bring back fionna she would know what to do

she always knows what to do
