(Y, n)'s was curled up in a fatal position, wrapped tightly in her covers. She clutched the lower regions of her stomach, desperately trying to grasp more warmth to sooth the stabbing pain. She groaned. This was going to be a long week.

Jacob Black stepped onto the front porch of his house and whipped out his phone. He quickly pressed on (y, n)'s number and Brit the electric to his ear, waiting for her to pick up. After the third ring, (y, n) finally picked up the phone and answered it groggily.

"Hello," she asked, faking a light tone. Jacob smiled at hearing his imprint's voice.

"Hey (y, n), do you wanna go swimming with me? It's a really nice day out," he asked enthusiastically. (Y, n) hummed in thought.

"Umm yeah, I can't today... Sorry," she stuttered then winced as a wave of sharp pain punctured her lower abdomen.

"Hey, you OK," Jake asked worriedly, having heard her sound of distress.

"Yeah, I'm fine, just shark week," she weazed out. Jacob instantly knew what was going on. (Y, n)'s would never skip swimming unless she was physically unable to.
"I'll be there in a minute," he said before hanging up and getting in his car.

(Y, n) was about to protest but Jake had hung up before she could. She sighed. I guess I have a nurse now.

Minutes later, Jacob staved at (y, n)'s house. He opened the door with the spare key he had and let himself in.
"(Y, n)," he called as he looked around the living room. Suddenly,his phone buzzed in his pocket.
From: My Love
3:42 AM
In my room, Jake.

Jacob smiled as he climbed the stairs to (y, n)'s room. He gently pushed oven the door to see her curled up in a ball under her covers. Jacob chuckled before climbing onto the bed and wrapping his arms around (y, n)'s small frame, bringing her to his chest. The (h, c) girl hummed in approval, relishing in the heat he provided, and snuggled deeper into his chest.

"You wanna watch a movie," Jacob whispered in her ear then have her a sweet kiss on her neck.
"Hmmmm.... Not really... Will you stay here with me," she asked groggily. Jacob smiled adoringly.

"Of course, as long as you'll have me," he replied. (Y, n) blushed with a smile.
I guess Shark week isn't that bad if Jacob is here.
(Y, n) thought before falling to sleep to the sound of Jake's heartbeat.
