Eight

Ella's POV
The car ride to Michael's house was just a normal car ride music playing from my phone through the AUX cord Ashton driving and me lowkey having a panic attack in the passenger seat I must of not been hiding it well because Ashton notice and told me everything will be fine and I don't have to talk to anyone if I felt uncomfortable and if I had to I could go outside or to the car which made me feel a little better and I calmed down a little bit. Just as I was calmed down we got to Michaels house. I unplugged my phone from the AUX cord and got looked at Ashton like I was about to die. He told me it will be fine and we both got out of the car at the same time. I held my phone tight in my hand and pulled the sleeves of my sweater out and held them tight in between my thumb and index finger. Ashton came over and grabbed my hand. "It will be fine okay just if you need anything go outside and get some air okay?" I nod and feel a little better and Ashton and I walk to the front door. Ashton knocks on the door and I can feel my heart start to pound out of my chest. 'What if they laugh at me?' 'What if they think I'm fat?' 'What if they hurt me?' "I can't" I whisper to Ashton. It's fine Ashton told me one last time before a boy with really bright red hair opened the door. "Hi I'm Michael you must be Ashton."he said. "Hi,yes I'm Ashton nice to meet you this is my friend Ella."  I look up quickly and wave then look back down. Hi Ella. Michael says. Um come in he says as he moves out of the way for us to come in. As soon as Ashton and I walk in I notice the poodle in the room on the sofa it looks so fluffy I wanna touch it but I just hide behind Ashton kinda thinking a million things that Michael could be thinking about me. "Um Luke and Calum are in my room." Michael says and I can feel like I'm about to die. Two more people who could hate me and could hurt me and think I'm fat which I know I am. "Alright let's go meet them then" Ashton says and I feel so just done. Michael leads Ashton and I to his room where I feel like I'm going to die right then and there my hands start to shake and my chest start to feel tight I can tell Ashton notice because he looks at me and gives me the are you ok look and I just nod. We finally get to where we were going and I feel two more sets of eyes on me. I look up and wave quickly at them they must be Luke and Calum the rest of the band Ashton going to be in. Michael points out who's who Luke is the one with blonde hair and blue eyes he plays guitar and Calum is the one with brown eyes and brown hair he plays bass. Luke looks so nice but I know people who look nice hit hard and they stab you in the back. And Calum I don't know he looks shy and looks like he doesn't talk much i think I'm starring I should look away but I can't he looks so mysterious i just want to know everything about him. "Hi I'm Ashton and this is my friend Ella." he says as he points to me talking to the rest of them. "She likes dogs and is really shy she really doesn't talk because of being shy" I just looks back down at the ground and make my feet look like they are fighting with each other and I kinda smile at it. "MICHAEL HAS A DOG" I hear one of the boys yell and notice it was Calum. "Come on let's go look at him his name is Federer and is very fluffy" Calum comes over and grabs my wrist and pulls me out of the room and he grabbed it tight and it hurts so much all I can do is yell and run out of the house and go to the car and hide. "I-I'm sorry"is all I hear Calum say as I run out of the house.

Ashton POV
"I-I have to go" I say to Michael and he said it was fine and says we can do it tomorrow if need be. As I'm walking out I can see Calum standing there like he just killed a puppy in the back of my mind I know what happened and feel like cursing him out but I'm not I just tell him it's not his fault and don't feel bad and go to my car to talk to Ella. I get to the car and see Ella sitting in the back seat. "Ella what happened" I say getting in the backseat. Ella just slides over to me and hugs my side. She only does this when she feels attacked or hurt by someone which happens a lot but only at night not during the day. She explains that when Calum pulled her out of the room he grabbed her wrist and held it way to tight she didn't want him to know so she ran out because she has a wee crush on him now this makes me wish I cursed him out he hurt my best friend, my best friend that likes him a tiny bit this will not be the end he's not going to hurt her he's going to apologise and he'll never hurt her again." Do you feel like going back in I'm sure Calum wants to apologise" she agrees and we go back in and Calum is sitting on the couch. He notices that we come back in and he apologises to Ella and apologies to me. Ella sits on the floor and plays with Federer while Michael,Luke and Calum and I talk about the band and band practice dates and everything is all set we start practice in a week and by the time we finished it was late so it was a good time to go home which Ella agreed to very quickly and said bye and we left and went home as soon as we got home Ella jumped on the couch and fell right asleep I covered her with a blanket and went upstairs and fell asleep.
