Chapter 15: The Make Up Dates

Mindy's POV
"Hey! Tomorrow are you free?" Chanyeol asked me. I nodded. "Yeah. What's up?" I asked him. "I owe you a date. So I'll meet you tomorrow outside you're dorm room door at 6pm." He told me. I nodded. We parted ways and I saw Mandy at the dorm. "Hey I thought you had date?" I asked her. "He has to show Xiao Mei the school." Mandy said while emphasizing the Xiao Mei and rolling her eyes. I nodded and went to wash up. "Chanyeol is bringing me on a make up date tomorrow at 6." I told Mandy. "That's cool. Hope he makes it." Mandy said not interested. I rolled my eyes. "How 'bout Luhan?" I asked her. She shrugged. "Dunno no." She answered bluntly as she fell on her bed and slept. I sighed. Stubborn as always. I laid on my bed and soon fell asleep.
-the next day-
Mandy is still gloomy as we walked to class. "Yah! Cheer up! Luhan will ask you out for a make up date, okay?! Stop being gloomy." I tried to cheer her up but apparently she is immune to my cheeriness. She rolled her eyes and went to her seat. I looked over at Luhan. He seems to be getting real annoyed with that Xiao Mei girl. "Yah. Don't forget our date tonight." Chanyeol reminded me. "I should be the one telling you that!" I told him while laughing. He laughed along. The teacher walked in and lesson started.
-Lunch-
"KYAHHH! 3 more days till school end! And 2 more days till Summer Week Performance Day!" Baekhyun cheered. We cheered along too. Well, Kyungsoo and I are still singing Don't Go while Chanyeol and Amber decided to drop the competition. Not Amber but Chanyeol. Amber is going to do a duet with Kris. I ship them by the way. We sat down at our table and started to eat. "Hey Mindy!" Someone called me. I looked up. "BamBam! Hey!" I greeted. He smiled. "I would like to introduce to you my 6 other friends. This is Jackson, Mark, Youngjae, JB, JR and Yugyeom!" BamBam said as he introduced me to his friends. "Hey! It's nice to meet you!" I greeted cheerfully. "I'm Mindy!" I introduced. We shook hands with one another. After the short intro, they left to eat. "Hey that Mark guy is kinda cute isn't he?" I told the gang. They agreed with me well except for Chanyeol. "Yah! Jagi! You're not supposed to be looking at other boys!" He complained. I stuck out my tongue and continued eating. After lunch, we started to head to class. Before I could step into a class, a hand pulled me to another room. "YAH!" I yelled. He shushed me. "Stop shouting! It's me Kris!" He yelled. Oh Kris. "What?!" I asked him. "Urm... I have something to say." He said. "Then say! Don't need to be so secretive!" I yelled at him. He shushed me again. God this guy and his shushes. "Urm... I like Amber?" He spoke softly. Whoa. Did he just say... "Is that a question or a sentence?" I asked. "Sentence." He said. "Wait so you like Am-" he cut me off by placing his hand on my mouth. "Keep it down will you!" He yelled at me softly. I smiled and pushed his hand down. "Okay... But what do you want me to do?" I asked him. "I dunno! I just needed to confess!" He said.
"Then you should confess to her not me."
"Yeah but I haven't got the courage yet!"
"OOOO.... Kris has no courage!" I teased.
"Yah!"
"Bleh."
He rolled his eyes. "Don't tell anyone about this you hear me?" He threatened.
"Only on one condition. You pay me 50 bucks every day!" I told him. I mean he is kinda rich right? His eyes widened. "Do you want it to be a secret or not?" I asked. "Fine." He gave in. I grinned cheekily and went out.

I went back to my seat and I saw Luhan talking to Mandy. And it looks like Mandy is getting happier. "Yah! Lulu!" Someone called out. Xiao Mei. Can we have battle class. I wanna beat this girl up. "What?" He spat annoyed. "Hello~! Do I look pretty in this dress?" She asked Luhan. I gaged. She glared at me. "What? I don't look pretty?" She asked. "No. It's just that that dress is too pretty for you're ugly face." I told her. Her eyes widened and the boys snickered. "Oh why you! You're not any better!" She yelled. "At least I have a prettier face than you're cake face!" I told her. She was at her top. But I didn't really care. "UGH! I HATE YOU!" She yelled at me. "Never liked you from the beginning anyways." I told her. She got so mad that her face was red. She sat down back at her seat and started to throw a little tantrum. Che. Crybaby. I sat back down at my seat and waited for the teacher to arrive.

Class Ended

We all were dismissed from class and all headed back to our dorm rooms. Mandy was skipping happily back. "Why so cheerful?" I asked her. "Luhan asked me for a make up date today." She told me. "Hope he makes it." I joked. She glared at me and continued to walk back to our dorm.

6pm
Ding Dong. Must be Chanyeol. I opened the door to see Chanyeol smiling brightly. "Hey. You ready?" He asked. I nodded. I was wearing a normal tee shirt with jeans plus my platforms. "MANDY IM GOING OUT!" I yelled to her. I heard her murmured a 'okay' and so I closed the door and faced Chanyeol. "So where are we going?" I asked. We started to walk. "The amusement park!" He exclaimed and I smiled brightly. We kept talking until we reached there. "Which ride do you wanna go first?" He asked. I looked around. I pointed to the Gyro Drop. "THAT!" I yelled and pulled him there. We went there and instead of queuing, we could ride first. "Why didn't we queue?" Chanyeol asked. "Don't you remember whose daughter I am?" I told him. He smiled and we got on the ride. It soon began to rise. "Wah..." I said admiring the night view. When it reached the top, it came down slowly but when it reached 1/4 of the tower, it dropped down really fast and everyone screamed. Once the ride ended, we went for more. We didn't have to queue for any ride so it went quite fast.

Once we got tired of the rides, we sat down at a bench. We were looking up at the sky when my stomach growled. We laughed. "Kaja. I prepared dinner already. Plus a bonus." Chanyeol told me. We got up and went to the place.

We arrived at an old garage. Chanyeol lifted up the metal thingy and we went in. Inside, there was a sofa for two and the place was decorated with beautiful lights. "Woah. Where did you find this place?" I asked. "When I was wondering around the place." He told me. There was even a screen! We sat down on the sofa and Chanyeol took out the food. He heated it on the spot with his fire powers. "Mm.. This is good!" I said while slurping up the spaghetti. "Where did you get this from?" I asked. "My mum's restaurant. She owns most of the restaurant on this planet." Chanyeol told me. I nodded. "How about the others?" I asked him again. "The others are fast food restaurants and bubble tea cafés so Kai and Sehun's family owns it. I nodded, understanding what he had just said. He took the remote and switched on the screen projector and it started to play the movie. "What movie is this?" I asked. "It's called Our Times. It's a Chinese show." He said. "With subtitles of course." He added and chuckled. I smiled and continued to eat while watching the movie.

Mandy's POV
Not long after Chanyeol and Mindy left, Luhan came. He knocked on the door and I gladly opened it. He was wearing his skater jacket and jumper pants. Not to mention he was holding skates too. "Hey Jagi. Grab your skates , we're going skating!" He exclaimed. Yeah. No shit sherlock. Gawd! Mandy stop swearing. I nodded and grabbed my skates. "Kaja!" He said and we walked to the skating rink.

"What are we doing here?" I asked him, looking at the outdoor skating rink. "Well... I found it and it was abandoned so I thought I should use it and so I did. I nodded. Usually I don't like skating outside but since it's night, I'm fine. We put our skates on and started to skate.

"Wahhhhh... That felt good!" Luhan yelled as we sat down on the picnic mat that he prepared for us. Yeah.. He prepared a night picnic and star gazing. He picked up a strawberry and looked at me. "Say ah." He told me. I opened my mouth and he plopped it in. I chewed on it. Mm... So sweet! We continued to eat, look at the sky and chatted as well. It was one of the best day and date ever! We started to pack up and we left the place.
