*Katie's POV*

January

A month until the baby's due.

I'm feeling a little bit nervous.

I know that everything will be fine.

So why am I nervous?

Because I'm scared that something will be wrong with the baby or worse that something will go wrong and we'll lose the baby.

"Don't worry, everything will be fine." Louis tells me.

"I know it will. I just have this nagging part that's saying otherwise." I say.

"Hey, you remember what Dr. Anderson said, she sees a healthy baby boy or girl in our future."

"I know." I lay my head on his chest and he just holds me there.

"We're going out tonight." he suddenly says.

"What?" I ask him.

"You and I are going out tonight."

"Okay."

"Hey, we're not going to have any time to ourselves in a month."

"I know we won't."

"Exactly. Now go get ready."

"Now?"

"Yes, now!"

*Louis' POV*

When I see Katie she just takes my breath away. She looks amazing. That's putting it lightly

I don't care that she's eight months pregnant. I wouldn't care if she was nine months and ready to pop at any second or not pregnant at all. She looks beautiful. She looks it because she is beautiful.

Irresistible. There's a good word.

"You look beautiful." I tell her.

"Oh, thank you." she says and smiles while blushing at the floor.

"And when you smile at the ground it ain't hard to tell...."

"You're lucky I love you. Otherwise I would've smacked you."

"I'm so scared, babe."

She rolls her eyes at me. "Wipe that smirk off you face."

I put on my best poker face. "What smirk?"

"Whatever."

"Lucy, thank you so much for doing this at such last minute." I say as I open the door for the baby sitter.

"No problem, Jordan's always such an angel." she says.

"Are you sure we're talking about my son?" I quickly look over him.

"I'm sure I am, Mr. Tomlinson."

"Anyhow, you know the drill. bath and bed by eight. He's had dinner already." Katie tells her.

"Got it, Mrs. Tomlinson."

"Okay, we should be back by nine." I take Katie's hand in mine, "And we have dinner reservations."

"How'd you make reservations that quick?" she asks me.

"Being me has its privileges."

Throughout dinner I can't keep my eyes off of her.

"Louis, why're you staring at me?" she asks.

Shit. She caught me. Play it cool. "I'm not staring."

"Right." She then gives a small jump.

"You okay? You just jumped a little."

"The baby just kicked!"

"No way!" I jump out of my seat and place my hands on either side of her stomach. The baby kicks again. "Oh my- Wow."

Feeling my unborn child kick is probably the most amazing thing ever.

AN

That very last sentence is a total assumption. But, I figure it probably is amazing. Which is why I put it in.

I honestly think my favorite line in the entire chapter is:

"Being me has its privileges."

I got the inspiration for that from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. It's one of my favorite Dumbledor lines ever. I am a total Potterhead. Sorry. I can recite all the movies when I watch them. Pretty sad isn't it? Yeah, it is.

I really need to get a life.

Ahahahahahaha! That's funny! Me, get a life?! That's a good one!

I hate how Wattpad says that Tomlinson is misspelled. NO, I am pretty sure I know how to spell that last name! It's been bugging me since day one, but only now am I deciding to rant about it. Sort of.

Anyhow, when Louis uses irresistible to describe Katie, it's from One Direction's song Irresistible. I love it so much! Search it on YouTube if you've never heard it.

Au revior my petite croissnts! (That is what you shall be from here on out, in all of my stories!)
