Chapter 20: First Day of Human School and a Continuing Battle

-At school-

Yuki's pov

I switched out my shoes and walked to my first class. I wasn't sure when Kisshu was going to be here, but I was kind of excited. Being an alien he didn't have much good thought towards humans. Now he can see how they live close up, and get a second point of view. Heading to my first class of the day I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned my head and saw Ace there.

'Kisshu told me he's an alien in disguise..I better be careful and try and not be around him that much.'

"Hey Ace."

"Morning Yuki. Heading to class?"

"Uh yeah."

"I'll walk with you. Have you heard that a new student will be coming here?"

"Uh yeah I actually know him."

"Oh really? How?"

"We met at a basketball game when I was helping set up for homecoming one day."

"Well at least he'll have a friend here."

"Uh yeah."

I walked into the classroom and sat down at my seat and Ace sat in his. Eventually other students began to enter the room and it got quiet once five minutes passed. I started writing in my journal waiting for Kisshu to come. A tune began to play through my head instantly taking me away from reality. My concentration was broken from the sound of squealing girls nearby me.

"He's so cute~!" A girl with blonde hair squealed.

"I know, his eyes are so pretty too." The girl next to her with black hair agreed.

I gazed up and saw Kisshu walking over to the teachers desk. I looked at him and watched as the teacher stood up.

"We have a new student everyone. This is Kisuke. He will be joining us so treat him well. Go ahead and pick a seat Kisuke." The teacher announced sitting down.

Kisshu walked over to where I was and sat behind me. I turned slightly and had him hand me his schedule. I took a look at it and then Ace snagged it out of my hands.

"Hm seems you have the same classes as us."

"Oh really? Isn't that fantastic. I have another friend." Kisshu said smiling and taking back his schedule.

'Oh dear...hopefully he keeps a low profile with Ace and doesnt show his true personality.'

"We will have to see." Ace said.

"Uh okay so Kisuke how about I give you a tour during lunch?"

"Sounds good Yuki."

~FF At Lunch~

Kisshu walked with me to the roof that way Ace didn't know where we were.

"Ugh I hate being all nicey nice to that douchebag." Kisshu said.

"I know..but just do it for now. Also if a chimera appears I don't want you doing anything but running okay?"

"I can't just leave you!"

"That way he can't prove its you."

"But!"

"I'll be fine. I have the rainbow stone after all."

"I just couldn't live with myself if you got hurt...I don't know exactly how powerful Ace is. I know Pai is strong and they both might come after you."

"It'll be okay. Don't stress yourself out of something that hasn't happened."

"You're right."

"Lets have some lunch. I made you some before I left."
