Chapter 11: Recovery day and The Secrets Out

Continuingfrom chapter 10-

~Yuki's pov still~

Out of the trees on all fours a gigantic grizzly bear chimera emerged. The creature was stepping on anything that got in its way such as rocks, branches even little animals. The creature was enormous on all fours. It snarled showing its sharp white teeth that dripped with salvia. The eyes were colored a brown with a tint of red and the hair was bristled everywhere. The creature had a bloodlust look on its face and I knew I was in for a hard face.

"Attack chimera!"

The chimera charged at me its mouth opened ready to bite. I dodged out of the way and ran to a tree. I climbed up the oak tree as fast as I could. I got onto a branch that could hold my weight about midway up the tree and summoned my weapon. The chimera ran over full speed and ran into the tree. I leaped out onto the chimera and grabbed a hand full of its brown corse fur and tried to hang onto the creature. The chimera reared like a horse and tried all it could to get me off. Once it stopped Kisshu appeared in front of me and swung his sai at me cutting my left arm. I winced and holding onto the fur was paintful so I let go. The chimera then managed to throw me off. I tumbled and rolled onto the cold ground before stopping myself. I winced as the sharp pain shot from the cut up my arm. I sat up pushing on the cut to stop the bleeding but all it did was cover my other hand on blood.

"Give up yet koneko?"

I looked up at Kisshu who floated across from me holding his sais up and watching every movement I did.

"I'll never give up. I promised my father."

He let out a sigh and crossed his legs.

"What to do about you? I don't want to kill you just yet, but my chimera is just dying to get ahold of you. Well I'll let him play with you for a while until you're immobile. Chimera have fun."

I gasped as the chimera lunged upwards and dived at me. I grabbed my scepter and held it up before it came at me and shot it away. I gritted my teeth as my arm throbbed in pain. It was taking tons of energy just to try defending myself especially with being wounded badly. I looked at the chimera and it got up shaking its head and snarled viciously. I got up my legs shaking and blood dripped down from my arm to my finger tips and dripped onto the ground where I stood.

'Why isn't the stone helping me? Is it because I'm using its power?'

The chimera roared and ran at me. I grabbed my scepter and before I could hold it up it was knocked out of my hand and was thrown across to some trees nearby. I gasped and looked at Kisshu who stood in front and flew up. Right when he did the chimera was a few yards away and got closer by the second. I looked back at my scepter and I wouldn't be able to get to it in time. All I could do was watch the chimera running towards with its mouth wide open and salvia flung from it.

"Pudding ring inferno!"

Just then the creature was trapped in pudding. I blinked and looked at it again to make sure I wasn't see things. I looked to the right seeing the mews, Shirogane, and my brother ran over.

"ICHIRU?!"

"Yuki, you're in serious trouble!" He shouted at me.

"Shut up!"

"Yuki-chan!" Ichigo shouted as all the mews ran over.

"Who did that to you?!" Ichiru asked looking at my arm that was covered in blood.

"Ugh, now all of you are here." Kisshu groaned floating high above everyone.

"You rotten son of a bitch! You cut her didn't you! I'll kick your ass! Float down here and let me get my hands on your neck!" Ichiru threatened glaring at him with cold eyes.
