Chapter Six. // White Chocolate Chips and Maple Syrup.
I sneak out of my bedroom window, opening it quietly before I jump out. I land softly on the grass and run around the back. I move as quietly and as quickly as possible and when I finally get to the street, I run down as fast as I can to Noah's house. My feet hit the cement, making loud clacking noises as I hurry. When I finally reach the end of my street, Noah's house comes into few and I grin.
I sneak behind his house, a good amount of pebbles in my hand. After I spot his curtains, I aim at the window, throwing a pebble. The pebble makes a small clicking noise before it falls to the ground. I throw another, then another. I keep throwing them at the window, most hit it but some don't. After like the tenth one, I see the lights turn on in his room and the curtains open. He looks down at me and grins, switching his light back off.
Noah opens the window and leans out, "James, what are you doing here?" He says in a hushed voice down to me.
I walk as close as I can to his window and smile up at him, "we're going to a party." I call up to him, "get dressed and grab your car keys."
He looks down at me for a few seconds, contemplating before he groans, "fine, fine. I'll be back in a second." He says before his head disappears back into the window. I do a little giddy dance, spinning a circle while I wait for him. Less than five minuets later, he pops his head back out. "Now what?"
I smile, "jump out obviously."
He gives me a bewildered look, "I'm on the second floor."
I roll my eyes and jut my hip out, "come on, babe. Don't be a pussy." I laugh, "I did it."
"But your bedroom's on the first and only floor of your house." His eyes bug out of his head as he looks from me to how far he's going to have to jump.
"I'm sure one of these days, I'll have to jump out of your window too, so just come on." I say in a hurry, "we have to go before we get caught and your mom starts to preform an exorcism on me." I start backing up out of his yard, "come on, baby. Please?"
He groans, before nodding. He tosses his wallet to me and I try to catch it but it just lands behind me like five feet. While I'm grabbing it, I look back to see him jump out of the window rather ungracefully. He lands on his side and groans, making a thud.
I shush him, quickly getting to his side to help him up, "you need to be quiet or Hellen's gonna wake up." I whisper to him. Noah uses my help to stand up and I help wipe off his shirt, "you okay?" I ask him, being the sympathetic girlfriend I am.
Noah laughs softly, rolling his eyes. "Just dandy." He whispers, pecking my lips. I hand him his wallet and take his hand, pulling him back around his house to his car.
Once we reach Noah's car, I grab him by his collar and pull his lips to mine. After leaning against the car, he pushes me up onto the hood, standing between my legs. His lips press hard to mine and I know if I don't stop it, his parents will when they wake up. I kiss him hard for a good minute, hating not touching him before I finally let him go. He had basically pushed me down so I was almost laying on the hood of his car. I grin at him, holding his face in my hands and pressing my forehead to his. Noah helps me stand up off the hood before pecking my lips once more.
I open the driver's seat and he looks at me questionably. "I'll steer it while you push. That way we don't wake up your parents."
"Oooooohhh." He says as the realization dawns on him. I close the door behind me and turn the steering wheel, Noah positions himself at the hood of the car and starts to push.
