Tris POV
2 weeks later
I wake up to the sun just coming up and Princess Christina in my face. I let out a yell and fall out of bed. She bursts out laughing and Tobias stays asleep. "Why are you in my room Chris." I call her by the nickname I gave her. "I came to help you, you have a fitting for your engagement party. Your mom sent word for me to help. Now get up the royal tailor will be here soon." She walks out and I roll my eyes. I stand up and decide to wake up Tobias. I back up a little then run towards my bed, jumping and landing on him. He lets out an 'omph' and sits up. He rubs his eyes and looks at me. "Why did you do that." He whines. "Because I'm hungry and I don't want to go downstairs by myself. Plus after I eat Chris is holding me hostage till we find the perfect dress for the engagement ball tomorrow. So I won't see you till later." He nods and I get up. I put on a simple dress and braid my hair. When I finish getting ready Tobias and I lace our fingers together and walk downstairs. For breakfast we eat toast and eggs.
After breakfast Chris pulls me to a room with the royal tailor, Tori. "Hello my Queen. "Hey , Tori, and how many time have I told you call to call me Tris." "Okay, Tris. What do you want this dress to look like?" "Umm... I'm not sure. All I now is I want something black." She nods. "Can I make a suggestion Tris?" Chris asks. I nod and she whispers some stuff to Tori. "Alright Tris, I have the perfect idea. Lets me just get some measurements and you'll be free." I nod and and stand in front of her. "Alright I should have your dress done by tomorrow. Do you want me to bring it here?" "Yes please ." She nods and I walk to my room.
The next day
I roll over and sit up in bed. Just then I hear a knock on the door. I groan and get up, waking up Tobias in the process. I open the door and see Chris with a dress bag in her hands. I smile and drag her into the room, forgetting that Tobias sleeps without a shirt. He sits up and looks at Chris and I before looking down at his chest and jumping out of bed to get a shirt. I laugh and kick him out. "Caleb has your clothes and everything. You can't come back in here till I am ready." "Fine, do I at least get a good morning kiss?" I roll my eyes and peck his lips before closing the door. "Alright girl lets make you stunning." Chris says. She sets me down at my vanity and covers the mirror. "You are not allowed to look until I am done. So just incase close your eyes." First I feel her start pulling on my hair, then I feel her brush stuff onto my face.
What feels like hours later I feel her pull me up so I'm standing. "Okay I'm going to help you into your dress ." I nod and I fell her move my legs forward and pull it up my body. She zips it up in the back. I start to open my eye but she stops me. "Not yet. You keep your tiaras in your closet, right?" "Yeah." I hear her walk to the closet then come back in. She places something on my head then puts some shoes on my feet. "Okay are you ready?" She asks excitedly, I nod and open my eyes right as she pulls the cover off the mirror. I gasp my hair is pulled some kind of braid with babies breath in the back, my make up is a smoky eye with some dark red in it and nude lip stick. My dress is gorgeous, it starts off black and fades to purple, orange, red, yellow then to whit at the bottom, my tiara is simple gold and opal. For the first time in forever I feel pretty. "Thank you Chris I love. I actually feel pretty." "Your were already pretty I just helped you realize it. Now come on we need to go." She drags me out of the room. "What about Four?" "Will took him to the ball already." I nod and we get in the carriage. "Where is the ball at?" "It's a secret." I groan and look out the window.
After an hour or 2 the carriage stops in the middle of no where. "Umm. Chris we're in the middle of no where." "I know." She climbs out and I get out behind her. "Come on this way." She leads me through the woods till I see the twinkle of fairy lights. "Just follow the lights and I'll see you in a little while." Before I can say anything she is gone. I sigh and follow the lights. After a few minutes I hear music playing and laughing. I run forward and come into a big clearing, decorated with fairy light and lanterns. I smile and see Tobias standing with Zeke and Uriah. I run towards him and he turns around in time for him to catch me in his arms. "You look beautiful tonight." I blush. "Thank you." "Care to dance?" "I would love to." We walk to the make shift dance floor and I put my arms around his neck. I stare into his eyes and I can see our future.
After the song ends we pull away and I see the whole gang standing with each other. "Come on I want to ask the girls something." I pull Tobias over and everyone turns to look at us. "Okay girls I want to ask yall something.............. Will you be my bridesmaids?" They all scream and pull me into a hug. "I'll take that as a yes." I laugh. Just then I hear the boy yell out. I turn around and see the boys on top of Tobias. "Guys don't kill him." I run over laughing. I end up tripping on Zeke witch makes all the girls fall on my. "T-Four are you okay?" I ask while laughing. All I hear is a groan. "Okay guys get up. I really would like my fiancée to be alive." I feel the girls get off me and I get up. "So why did the guys tackle you to the ground exactly?" I ask Tobias once he gets up. "I asked them to my groomsmen." "Oh." We all laugh and make a group hug. I look around them. We may not all be blood related but we ARE family.
