Chapter 2

I brought my new mate into the pack house. All of the heads turned to our direction. My father raced until he was right in front of us. He growled loudly "why the hell are you here?! " he demanded. Jackson smirked but did not reply. "you are banned from our land" my father yelled. To be honest I was terrified. "that may be true but you can't ban me from my mate" the smirk was still on Jackson's face. His smirk was accompanied by no fear. He put his arm around me. My father became enraged "that's impossible! Not my daughter" he turned his attention to me. "its true daddy. Jackson is my mate and I request that the ban is lifted" I said with as much pride as I could manage. "sweetie we can't just lift the ban. Its not that easy. We have to go through a series of trials and council meetings accompanied by voting sessions" his face dropped. He knew what this meant. If Jackson was banned, then since I'm his mate, I am too. "I am so sorry " he whispered. A tear fell down my face. I am now banned from ever seeing my family again. "its ok" I said shaking my head "I understand". Jackson pulled me closer to him. My mom ran through the crowed and hugged me tight. "I love you mom. Goodbye" I faked a smile. My heart was shattering. I would never see my family again and now my father can't even look at me. "don't say goodbye. Goodbye is forever". And with that Jackson and I walked away from my home. From my life. "that was tense" he said. "tell me about it " I replied. "I'm sorry that it had to happen like this. I don't want my mate to be unhappy but there isn't much that I can do" he led our way into the woods. "why is your pack banned? " I asked. I truly have no idea. My father would never discuss matters like this with me. "we are the most powerful pack as well as the strongest. I am the most feared alpha around " he smiled as if he was happy about his 'accomplishment'. "oh. But why? " I was still confused. "well you see beautiful I don't age. From the time I became alpha to the time I die I won't age. I look 17 but I am actually 28" he said as if it was nothing. "what? How? How will I marry you if I will age and you won't? " I questioned. He chuckled "as soon as I mark you you won't age anymore. This is just a special trait my pack has" he explained "oh excuse me, our pack" he winked at me. "oohh. OK. I understand now" I kinda did and I kinda didn't. This has been an eventful day for me. "we will start planning the wedding tomorrow" he stated. "what?! That's way to fast! " I started slightly freaking out. "well it is normal for a werewolf to marry their mate. Even if they have just met. But we can talk about this later" he assured me. "we have a long walk if we stay in human form so I suggest we shift" he said removing his shirt. I nodded and headed to a tree where I could remove my cloths without an audience. I heard him chuckle. I shifted into my gray colored wolf. And when I came back from the tree I seen a huge black wolf. His eyes were a beautiful blue slash green color. He looked amazing and beautiful. He took of in a run and I followed. I kept up with him so he went faster. I kept up still and he ran as fast as he could. Just to piss him off I ran slightly ahead of him, but I had to fall back considering I had no idea where I was going.

We arrived at a vision that I had only imagined in fairy tales. I hid behind a tree and shifted back and got dressed. When I came back around he was smirking "that's probably a good idea. I don't think its mannerly to take you on the first day that we have met. And if I seen you without cloths it would happen". My checks burned and so did my neck. I don't think that I have ever blushed this much.
