Many days passed and Helena did not show up to Gerard. Gerard longed for Helena. He became more silent than before and he always goes to the music room to look for Helena.
Then Helena came.
"Why did you disappear?" Gerard looked at her.
"Gerard, I have something to tell you, and there's something you have to know." Helena looked down.
"Me too, I wanted to tell you something, Helena." Gerard said and he held Helena's hand. Their eyes met for a while then Helena looked down, avoiding Gerard's gaze.
"Helena, I'm in love with you... I-I... love you." Gerard said and he looked directly at Helena's green eyes.
"What?! No! You can't! You can't fall in love with me! And you must not fall in love with me!" Helena removed her hands from Gerard and she stepped back from the desperate guy in front of her.
Gerard's heart broke into a million pieces as he looked at Helena.
"But why? Helena, why?" Gerard sighed.
"You'll regret falling in love with me." Helena looked down, tears forming in the corner of her eyes.
"No, I won't regret falling in love with you... I won't regret my love for you." Gerard said, his voice cracking.
"You just don't understand, Gerard! I'm not an ordinary girl like the others!" Helena started to cry.
"W-What do you mean by that?" Gerard asked.
"I'm not an ordinary human. Demons cursed me. And that every man who will fall in love me will be killed by thousand evil men in order to be with me forever; you must fulfill the Faustian Bargain and take the lives of the thousand evil men." Helena explained.
"Faustian Bargain?" Gerard asked.
"You must sell your soul to the devil." Helena said and Gerard was shocked from what he heard. He let out a soft gasp, his eyes widening. He looked down at his old sneakers.
"I told you, you'll just regret it..." Helena cried and she faced away from Gerard but Gerard spun her around, letting her face him.
"What are you do-" Helena's sentence was cut off by Gerard forcing his lips against hers unexpectedly.
"I don't care if you are cursed. I am willing to die for you and I am willing to kill those thousand evil men. I love you Helena, I love you more than I could ever scream." Gerard whispered as he wraps his arms around Helena. "Please love me back..."
"I... I love you too Gerard." Helena hugged back.
