Sappire's POV
I stand there with Ruby. I have no idea what to do now until jade comes back.
Hmm... I think quietly When someone lights a match or something...what do they do?.....errm...OH YEAH!...Put their hand over it!...never learn why but maybe it's something to do with stopping it spreading or something!..ok..lets do this....
I put my hand around the flame on Ruby's thumb (obviously not touching it) and suddenly a thread of water shoots from my hand and puts out the fire!
"Ouch!" Squeals Ruby "What was that for? Why'd you hit me?"
"..WHAT?..I didn't touch you! It was only water!.......comming....from.....my........hand....."
"Really? Because when I clicked my fingers my thumb acted like a lighter! Let me try that again. Don't do you freaky water stuff this time. I think I can put it out myself."
She clicks her fingers and sure enough, the flame appears again. I hold up my hand facing the door and think hard. And just as a jet of water shoot from my hand, the door opens and Jade ends up with a face full of water.
"OMG! I am sooooo sorry!" I stutter quickly. i grab the blanket off the bed and dry her off.
"Eesh..I see you've got powers too then." She says.
"Yeah, I guess..wait..You have then too??"
"Uh huh, I think mine are psychic and healing. I went into the bathroom and just couldn't be bothered to fill up the cup but I was just like. 'Fine I'll do it, I wish it could do it it'self though.' And it did. So I imagened toilet paper draped around the room and suddenly the loo roll started doing that! But then I got carried away and ended up knocking the shower curtain rail onto my foot."
"OUCH! Poor you!" Me and Ruby say together
"Yeah, so I was sitting on the floor in pain and I put both both my hands over it. Suddenly The giant bluey-black line on my foot was gone and I couldn't feel any pain!!!!!!!"
"Cool! My power is water! And Ruby's is fire! I so extrordinary!"
"No It's super-normal!" Pipes up Ruby
"No it's.......EXTRANORMAL!" Finished Jade.
