"Goofy, stop it!" Donald growled.

He kept trying to test the invisibility spell to the limits, getting right behind Gerudo women and making faces. His tongue lulled out of the side of his lopsided mouth this time.

"Hyuck she can't even hear us! This is so fun!" He laughed.

Link and Sora left the two behind, focusing on covering as much ground as they can.

"We're halfway there. We should make it past the rest in time." Link said. They passed the gate indicating the back of Gerudo Village, and upon exiting found themselves in the endless desert.

"Goofy, they're leaving us! Hurry up!" Donald demanded.

"But...but...this is so fun!" Goofy protested. He ran to the final two guards at the final gate, then right in front of their faces he stuck is tongue out and pressed his nose up with his thumb.

Then the spell wore off.

"What in the mother's name?!" They cried.

"Uh oh..." Goofy began.

"RUN GOOF!" Donald yelled.

Before they knew it spears were being hurled at them from every direction as the pair sprinted past the gate to catch up with Sora and Link.

"What's that sound?" Sora asked.

Link looked over his shoulder to see the two animal-men running for their lives as the army of amazonian women chased them relentlessly.

"We might need to start running." Link said.
"Uhh...agreed! Let's get out of here, quick!" Sora responded.
Donald and Goofy quickly caught up with Sora and Link, but not before having an arrow dig into Goofy's rear.

"Oh, no! I'm hit! I'm hit!" He yelped.

"We're almost there! They won't chase us too closely to Gannondorf's temple!" Link yelled.

"Goofy, you can make it! Keep going!" Donald encouraged.

"Okay, but why won't they chase u-"

"Because just keep going!" Link answered.

They made it within what was evidently the boundary line that the Gerudo were allowed to. The women paused just at the edge, continuing to toss spears at the intruders.

"I think we're home free!" Goofy shouted.

"Don't be so sure!!" Sora replied. The group stopped short of what was nothing less than an entire army of heartless guarding the entrance to the temple.

"That explains why the Gerudo don't want to come any closer..." Donald mumbled.

"What's the plan now Link?" Sora asked.

"Damn...he must be serious about keeping people out this time. Before he left the castle pretty much unguarded, save for the ReDead. If he and Nihl have enough time, who knows what they could use Zelda for..."

"Then it looks like we have to fight through! We'll have to fight as hard as we can to get through as quickly as possible!" Sora replied excitedly.

"Let's do it then!" Goofy and Donald cried, charging forward.

Link and Sora followed and quickly passed the two with swords raised. The first wave of heartless fell smoothly, their claws unable to make contact with either boy. Sora struck with more speed than anyone Link had ever seen before. Link plowed through creatures with more skill and ferocity than Sora had ever seen. They were evenly matched, head to head as they cut through two separate paths towards the entrance.
