By lunch time I found Natalie and told her about my lunch date,

"A DATE?" I heard a voice from behind me say. I turned to see Kevin. 

"Who are you dating?" he asked. Natalie turned to him and kicked him in a place a man never should be kicked.

"stop eaves dropping and get a freakin' life!" Natalie yelled. Then she stomped off. WOAH!

I walked into Mr. Owens classroom. He was sitting at his desk, he had a piece of toast with a type of spread on it.

"Hello Julianna."

"Julie." I corrected him. He smiled,

"I'm sorry, I used to hate being called Steven. It's Steve!" he said. I laughed and took a seat. It was rather awkward.

"look I really want to apologize about the outburst." I said rather embarrassed, he stood up and shut the door.

"I know you are, don't worry about it. My ex is a crazed woman who was rather stalker like when I dumped her." he said. I laughed. Laughing made it less awkward. I could believe how hot and personable this guy was! So cute and sweet. "So um, whats your favorite thing about earth?" he asked me.

I almost spit my food out. "you really are a science teacher huh?" I asked laughing. He smiled. I thought he was kidding with the question but apparently he wasn't.

"My favorite thing on earth? Random...but I must say my favorite thing on earth is the oceans!" I said. I could tell he liked my answer.

"The ocean is a wonderful feature!" he said. I have only been to an ocean once, in Miami. That's it, but it was AMAZING. I'll never forget that vacation!!

"What is your favorite thing?" He smiled and said,

"sorry lunch time is over. You'll find out next time..." he said smiling.

"Next time?" I asked. He smiled,

"I don't think you learned your lesson. Your next free period come here." he said. I gave him a thumbs up and laughed. Did he like having me here? I think I'm definitely going to like science this year!

"Well, how was the first day?" I asked my brother as we drove home.

"perfect." he said. I hated his sarcasm. It's like never ending with him!!

"nothing like freshman year," I said remembering the fun times. He said nothing and looked out the window. I wish I had a sister!

When we got home there was a note from Mom.

Hi-ran to the super market! Be right back...see you soon.

I laughed and continued on with my own business. I did my homework in a jiff. Then I had the afternoon to relax! The phone rang when I was catching up on some television shows that I had missed.

"Hello," I said.  

"Hi, um is Julie available?" the voice said back.  

"maybe she is. Why do you need her?" I asked. He chuckled.  

"tell her it's important, Julianna." the guy said. Which made me laugh. I knew exactly who it was Mr. Owens. Oh lord!  

"ok. You got me! Hey Mr. Owens." I said. He laughed his cute laugh.  

"oh so you recognize my voice!" he said, I laughed too. How embarrassing!  

"can I help you Mr. Owens?" I asked.  

"first of all it's Steve, please. And yes, I wanted to tell you, you have a free tomorrow morning. SO YOU'D best come to my room!!" he said laughing.  

"Alright Mr. Owens, I mean um Steve." I said. He started cracking up and so did I.  

"well see you tomorrow Julianna." he said,  

"alright Steven." I said. Then I hung up. Hopefully that was the right thing!

Mom and Dad came home together with groceries. Then we ate. Mom asked all about school, I didn't bother to tell her I had the hottest teacher known to man that just called our house.

"Good night," I said walking to my room around nine. I showered, which took an hour. Then I watched some T.V and fell asleep.

Morning came way too quickly, I missed summer.

I went down the hall and passed my brother, then down the stairs I went. I wasn't hungry at all. Yuck, my stomach was flipping because first period was me and Steve's time. WOAH that sounds off.
