Walking down the halls, I kept my attention on Jason. I couldn't help but feel a wave of emotions. Anger at the Moon Goddess. Hopeless at my fate. Glee with joy.

My head was far too complicated. The idea of being with someone like Jason was amazingly comforting. I enjoyed his look. He reminded me of well Zac Effron in a less child like manner. He looked older much more sophisticated and sexier if that were possible.

His glass like eyes gazed at me continuously. It was cute but it was really starting to piss me off.

When we arrived at the ball room everything was in shambles. Mu wolf was antsy and I was livid.

I gazed across the room to see that Gavin was noe pounding some wolf's face in when I just screamed.

"Gavin!" My voice was sharp and stern like that of a commanding officer in the military.

He stopped as he glanced at me amazed that he had.

"Release him." My tone was cold and serious. "Now."

Jason made his way through as he influenced everyone to behave. I hadn't known he was an Alpha until now. His tone was calm yet filled no riddled with seriousness.

I walked over toward Calvin who was now on the ground ruffled up across from Gaby.

I bent over and helped him up. He smiled at me as I glared at him wirh judging eyes.

"Before you say anything!" He held up his hands as if telling me to wait.

"You had one job." I scolded him. "And it sure as hell wasn't to start a fight with them!"

He backed down as I took a few seconds to my self. After counting to ten, I broke a chair.

That made me feel a little better. But I still wanted to murder Calvin for his clear lack of respect for authority and jeopardizing the mission.

Blake rose from the recage with a few more things other than his bloody nose. He now had his attire completely destroyed which was a bad rhing considering he sctually looked good in a suit and tie.

Now it was more like a tie and rags of a suit. I smirked ar him as he rolled his eyes annoyed ans managed fo mend fences.

So after a good hour and a half using my negotiation skills and diplomatic voice I found some common ground. We decided to let rhe entire incident go so long as we helped them with security from a band of rouges.

I didn't like the idea of fighting rouges but considering we needed the treaty to work between both territories I decided to agree.

I explained everything about my mate to the others. Gavin's eyes seemed hurt which I couldn't understand. He had his own mate why was he so interested in me.

Gaby on the other hand seemed happy for me which was another look at the whole her boyfriend likes me.

I smiled and decided it was high time I stopped being a major B ans decided to let her in. There was nothing between me and Gavin and I had my own mate to care for to like to even something love.

Great choice. A nagging voice came to mind. I rolled my eyes figuritively as I acknowledged her.

There you are. I smiled.

Jason is so beautiful. He looks like a cross between Ryan Goslik and Colton Haynes.

My face must've reacted because Gaby frowned the instant I did.
