I sit the brush down and grin at my perfectly groomed hair.
Standing in my mirror, I critique my attire for the night. The black sleeveless dress my stylist chose falls perfectly on my womanly curves and brings out my figure. The dress screams classy. yet seductive exactly what I'm aiming for.
Tonight I meet my husband. He just doesn't know I'm his wife yet. Tré Melvin. UGH just his name gives me chills. I have to look extra amazing tonight just for him.
With my Versace clutch in my right hand and jet black red bottoms on my feet , I'm ready to meet Destiny. One Last Run Through of the list though.
-Suddle make up (light bronze lipstick, a touch of blush, light eyeliner, lash blast mascara)Check
-Hair Done (Natural hair bone straightened resting on my shoulders) check
-Fiyah Outfit (Loosely fitted black cocktail dress with high slit on right side, Black red bottoms, silver locket given by mama, silver purity ring) check.
Looks like I'm ready to bounce!

I scramble through the clutch to my otterboxed galaxy s4 . When I see who's calling I Damn near throw the phone.
WHAT RAYAN?!
"Bae why you yelling, come on I'm outside." I hear the devil slur. He must be high already. Twisting up my face at the phone I growl
"I'm not going with you anywhere, Kayla is picking Me up. "
"Bullshit, I'm outside and I'm ready to go so come on."

Oh I cannot stand THAT pitiful excuse of a male. I really hope he doesn't show up tonight and ruin my chances.
I text Kayla and tell her I'm ready and within minutes I can hear her SUV ride up blasting "Say YES" By B5 in my driveway. The song fits my mentality. I'm ready to say yes to hopefully my new future. Goodbye misery, opportunity is my new boo and I'm ready to embrace her.
