Dinner at the Jonas house was both delicious and entertaining. The Jonas boys were way funnier in person rather than on TV or the radio. Nick was talking more than I usually see him talk on TV. It was pretty awesome to see that. Joe was the joke cracker of course. It was so difficult to swallow any food or drinks while he was there. He had the table laughing the whole entire time. Kevin is the sweetest guy alive. Frankie was alongside Joe, they cracked the jokes the whole time. Mr. and Mrs. Jonas were there talking alongside my mom. Over all, the dinner was basically awesome.
"Well Jazmin, Yolanda, I'm so glad you two came over and had dinner with us. Come on over whenever you like," Mrs. Jonas was saying. She was walking us to the front door as the boys cleaned up in the kitchen. My eyes kept looking behind me, trying to catch more glimpses of the boys.
"No, thank you Denise. It was a real pleasure of you to have us over," my mom said to Mrs. Jonas. I looked back over to Denise and my mom. I really wanted to stay. I mean, who would want to leave their presence?
As they said their goodbyes, I could see Nick in the kitchen, jumping up and down trying to get my attention. I laughed a little and looked at him. All he did was wave bye to me. I thought it was sweet that he was trying to say bye. I waved slightly back and my mom and I were out the door. We walked over to our house and my mom was unlocking the door. As she did so, my eyes kept wondering over to the Jonas household.
"Mom..? Is it okay if I stayed a little bit longer at their house? It's still early. Please?" I asked and looked at my mom.
"Jaz, I don't know. There is a lot of boys over there and I don't want you to get all hormonal crazy," she joked and laughed. I laughed with her and she nodded. "Have fun kid," she said and walked in our house. I smiled and walked on over to their house again.
I knocked softly on the door and waited for an answer. I heard a set of feet walking over and I smiled as the door opened. It was Mrs. Jonas. "Hi, Mrs. Jonas. I was wondering if I could stay a bit longer. My mom said it was okay," I said and smiled at her.
"Oh Jazmin, you can call me Denise! Of course you can stay a little longer. The boys just finished up in the kitchen and went up to their rooms," she said and smiled at me as she let me in.
"Thanks Mrs. Jo- er.. I mean Denise," I said and smiled at her. I walked up the stairs and looked at the doors. Yeah, how was I suppose to know which door led to Nick's room? I looked at the doors and I saw one that said "Nick's Room" on it. I walked to it and knocked. I waited patiently and saw the door open.
"Joe leave me alo- oh.. Jazmin. Hey, what's up?" Nick asked. He was a little embarrassed as he said that. I was a little breathless as I looked at him. His shirt wasn't on. Nick Jonas was just standing there with his shorts on. I gulped and smiled. My eyes had a tough time looking at his face rather than his muscles rippling in front of me.
"My mom.. she let me stay a little longer. I don't have to stay if you don't want me to though," I said and looked down. I could feel my cheeks heat up in embarrassment.
"No, no! Of course you can stay, come on in," he said and moved out of the way so I could enter his room. It was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever seen in my whole entire life. I walked in and sat on his desk chair. He shut his door and slid on a white v-neck shirt. I looked around his room and smiled at the pictures that were around.
On his desk, there was a picture of Nick and a girl with beautiful long, blonde hair. I saw it, my face falling a little bit. I kept a calm face and looked at Nick. "This your girlfriend?" I asked pointing at the picture. Nick snapped his head to the picture frame. He gave me a small smile and looked at me.
