So, um... For those how have read TSE, what should I do?

I need ideas to build on...

should I kill someone off?

should Rayne stay in this book as a character?

I need some ideas that I could possibly carry on through the story.... The person with the best idea gets a dedication in it, mention and I you may be a character in the book (as long as you can tell me some details abiut yourself...)
