CoD and other things ~8~

"High five!" Averi shouted after our team won. I highfived her, so did Liam. Liam was kicked out of the boys' team because they thought we would need help. Yeah, help defeating them!

"Aww, no fair" Louis and Harry said, pouting, "you guys cheated!"

"And you guys kicked him to the curb!" I said back. We ended up arguing over who won.

"Shut it!" Eleanor and Danielle screamed. We all cooperated.

"Okay, neither of you will start arguing when we say the winner, alright?" Danielle asked. We shook our heads, Averi and I shared a look.

'Eleanor and Danielle are going to most likely fight over who won.' that look said.

"The winner is-"

"Louis' team"

"Liam's team"

"WHAT?!" 

I burst out laughing, as did Averi. The boys looked at us as if we had three heads. Sighing,

"We saw it coming" Averi and I said, "it's a girl thing."

"Right?!" the boys said before rolling their eyes.

No one won. We all called it a tie, El and Dani almost got in a fight about it, but had their boyfriends to stop them. It took us less than two minutes to end up in a discussion. They were really funny ones too.

"Guess who I am?" I asked, pulling my hair over some of my face and flicking it to the side occasionally.

"Liam?"

"Carl?"

"Um, I know this" Niall shouted, "Justin Bieber! You're Justin Bieber!"

"Yup, how did you guys not guess before?" I asked, while my hair slide down onto my back.

"I don't know." they mumbled, shrugging. I rolled my eyes and gave a muttered "whatever".

"Who's Carl, by the way?" I asked, wondering who the hell this Carl person was. They just shrugged, typical them.

"What am I?" Niall asked, waddling around. We all guessed what it was and said it in unison,

"A penguin?"

"Yup, now get me some food." he said, a serious look plastered to his face. We all looked at him in disbelief.

"I was kidding" he exclaimed, "anyway, I'm going to go and play on m- well a guitar. Do you guys have one?"

"Yeah, up the stairs, down the hall and on your left, it's the third door down." Averi stated, eyes glued to the television.

"Thanks."

"Don't mention it."

~Niall's Pov~

Woah! I followed her instructions and it got me to this massive room with instruments, mics, and other things. I can't believe my eyes, it was so freaking cool!

"Guys" I yelled, rushing down the stairs, almost tripping over, "look up stairs, come on!"

"Okay, Niall. Hyper little leprechaun today, aren't you?" Liam joked, getting up to follow me. The rest followed suit, Rayne's eyes gleaming brightly on excitement. She must love that room, maybe, I think. Once we all were in the room, they, all except Rayne, looked around in awe.

"Why is there a sofa, bed, and mini kitchen in here?"

"Because it's my room, so when I feel sick, I can just stay up here." Rayne answered.

"Woah!" the rest of us said at different intervals. Well, I know where to go when I'm sick! Geez, I feel like playing on the guitar now. Maybe I could play on one? I think I'll ask, hopefully she says yes.

"Rayne, can I play on one of the guitars?"

"Yeah, sure. Go on ahead, you don't have to ask" she said, smiling, "just please don't break anything, this stuff hard to get replaced."

"Yeah, okay. Don't worry, I'll take care of the stuff" I said, smiling widely, "I'll look after the stuff really well." 

I picked up a guitar as they left. Rayne nodded as she walked out the door.

'I solemnly swear I won't break anything' I thought to myself, 'totally unlike that quote from Harry Potter, "I soemlemnly swear I am up to no good." but that was for a map, so yeah.' 

I strummed on a few chords. I ended up playing one of the boys and I's band, One Direction's, "popular" songs, One Thing.
