The adventures of running through malls ~6~

It had been an hour since the rest had joined Louis, Eleanor and I. Eleanor and I went into Victoria's secret and the boys followed and got us kicked out but not before we bought what we needed. I was now looking at a t shirt with a floral print in the shape of a wolf. I bought it, well Liam bought it. He wouldn't let me pay for it, the dick, although, that was a nice thing to do. I, paying Liam back, bought him the newest Pokemon game, it costed more but I said that I would pay.

"Come on, at least let me make up for the Pokemon game!" Liam whined. I shook my head,

"No, you bought me the t shirt, I buy you the game. No matter what the prices."

"Bu-" Liam was interrupted by screams.

"I think we've been spotted!" I shouted. The others seeing where it was coming from. There was at least 20 girls standing there either fan girling or screaming.

"Run!" I shouted as they pursued us. We ran out from the shop, Louis paying for what ever it was that we had to pay. Before this shop, we decided to keep our bags in my car incase of what was just happening. It was a smart idea. Good thinking, Liam! This was sooo FUN! Not, I'm fine and all, but the rest, not so much. Danielle and Eleanor kept up perfectly fine, the boys weren't so fine.

"Wait!" pant, "Up!" the boys only barely said.

"I suggest you get more exercise in your schedule." I said, Lou and Haz getting what I meant.

"The adventures of running through malls!" Zayn panted out and just managing a chuckle. We, the girls, slowed down a tad for the lads, well I didn't I ran abit faster, also making sure I wouldn't blow my cover.

"How can she keep a constant pace?" Niall asked Liam.

"I have no idea, I guess she must be a really good runner." Liam replied. I could see Louis and Harry share a look, and I instantly knew what it meant. I was running too fast. I slowed down more, I, although, didn't make it look like I was tired.

The chase was over, and because Averi and I's house was closer we went there. My car went in the second car park, my one and the other car in another spot. Looking at the time, I noted that it was only 3:32 pm. Wow, time hasn't gone very far since I last checked. I emerged from my car, it had those doors that go up not forwards. Averi was at the door from the garage to inside the house.

"And where have you been, missy?" she said in a mock angry voice, "just kidding, hey."  

I gave her a large hug, we hug all the time, so what? We are big softies, beside our shifter attitudes. Oh, yeah! Averi is also a shifter, werewolf. And my sister, not my real one but we look almost alike.

"What about our hug?" the rest exclaimed. I rolled my eyes but motioned for a group hug. Averi and I were squashed against each other.

"Suffocating!" we managed to say. They were crushing us, it didn't really hurt 'cause we are shifters. I noticed that both Niall and Averi stiffened while we were in the group hug, I also did as well. I saw the way Averi looked at him, well that throws me off. I thought her mate was Nathan, the guy that was with her before. They must have broken up, well okay then.

"Can we go inside now?" I asked but only just, I was still out of breath. They nodded but didn't show any signs of moving.

"Liam, I'm hungry!" Niall shouted.

"I know, you have told me about ten times now!" Liam said frustrated, "I'm making some food, so be quiet!" 

That shut Niall up, he gave Liam a stink eye and turned to face Averi, muttering something or rather. I was itching to shift, Nymeria wanted to be freed as well, but there were restrictions.

"I'm going for a walk, Averi, you should come with me."

"Okay, I'll just grab a jumper, I'll be back in a sec." she replied, rushing upstairs to grab it. Soon enough, she came back down and we were off.

'I feel so free.' I thought carelessly to Averi. Yeah, we are a two person pack, not rouges. Our fathers died protecting us, we haven't been the same since.

I heard a twig snap at least a mile away, I knew it was time to shift back.

'We have to shift back now, someone's coming.' I warned. Shifting back (now) was easy, the first time, though, was excrucating. I ran through the trees, then saw a scared Niall walking around.

"Hello?" he said shakily, "Is anybody here?"

"Yes" I said, startling him, "don't worry, it's only Averi and I."

"Okay" he sighed, relieved, "it's been about an hour since anyone saw you guys, so I came to look for you."

"Okay" Averi sighed, "anything we need a heads up about?" 

Niall looked at her, analising her face,

"No, we were just worried is all, except Lou and Haz. They seemed antsy about something, but they didn't tell us what it was." 

Averi and I shared a fleeting glance, that wasn't a good sign. At all. Normally, it would just blow over, today was the exception to the rule.

"Why do Lou and Haz look antsy?" Liam asked, as soon as we came through the door. I shrugged, so did Averi. He just shook his head and rolled his eyes then walked away. It was tearing me up inside. The way he was reacting to things wasn't helping. I plopped down on the sofa, inbetween Louis and Harry.

"Did he see you? You know while you were..." Louis whispered. I shook my head as a response. He nodded, signifying that as a good thing. Then something annoying happened, my little cousin came "home". It's not her real home, but she thinks it is. How fun! And she loves... you guessed it. One Direction.
