Emily's POV
Jack and I have been visiting Soph for around 2 months now and she's not getting any better which breaks everyone's heart the doctor said she has a 10% chance of living. Every day Jack and I would talk to her and every day she wouldn't respond. I got more and more depressed and every time I saw her I got really emotional a burst into tears, Charlie and Jack where always there to support me thank god. One day on Saturday at around 9:00am I heard a knock at the door. I will get it mum I said I ran down stairs and opened the door Jack was there with a smirk all across his face. What I said why so happy he came to my room and told me everything about his plan. It was such a good plan I had to make phone calls to arrange it all.

Jacks POV
Thank god Emily likes my plan she's doing all the phone calls so hopefully it would be okay we were visiting her at around lunch time so we had plenty of time. I was eagerly sitting on Emily's bed waiting for her to get of the phone... YES she screamed. What did they say???? They said yes and it will be on at 12:00 we have to go to the hospital right now Emily said excitedly.

Emily's POV
We just arrived at the hospital with flowers and chocolates ready for the big surprise I really hope it will work fingers crossed. It's 11:54 we have six minutes to get the plan started. Ok 11:59. Hey Soph I have a surprise for you and it's a really big one. what I need you to do is think really hard about this and try and wake up ok. We all miss you so much. Are you ready ok turn the radio on. The radio went straight to capital. Dave berrie and Lisa Snowden are talking then it happens.

Sophia's POV
What's happening I am not going to lie I kinda nervous. Emily turns on the radio and I recognise the voices straight away its Dave Berrie and Lisa Snowden. It keeps playing then all of a sudden they say ' everyone listening out there there is a 16 year old girl stuck in a coma she has been in a coma for 3 months now and has a 10% chance of living now I think we can wake her up so let's play her favourite song re made by a boy called Jack Stephens who wants her to get better soon. We are all here for you Sophia.' Did this really just happen people all over London are preying for me! And it was all done by Emily and Jack wow I have the best friends ever. The song starts playing and it's Jack singing wow he has a voice of an angel he is singing my favourite song impossible I love that song. I feel like crying I am so blessed to have these people in my life. I feel some thing wet fall down my face a tear wait not my tear is it. I think it is my tear!! I feel my eye lids peel open and sitting there I front of me is Emily my best friend and long lost sister. She pushes tears away from her face and lays her body on me and whispers I told you, you would be fine Sophia Jemma Jones.'

Sophia's POV
Emily grace Jones you are really my best friend in the world.
And standing there through the window is my hole family standing there. Mum, Nick, Lilly, Cat, Gabby and lastly Jack. They all come in and we have a group hug everyone is crying and when I say everyone I mean everyone. This is amazing.
