12pm. the midday gush of seoul embraced a dynamic crowd of individuals. in spite of the fact that the city could never stray away from its hectic sequence, the mood was somewhat vibrant today yet perhaps it was because i was on my way to work, it was rather conflicting to mine.

i came face to face with my reflection against the glass mirror of the cafe before i noticed a familiar figure approaching me. his eyes met my own before he discreetly waved attempting to avoid any attention despite the lack of people inside the cafe.

i relentlessly opened the door of the store and walked towards him.

"can you not even smile a little when you see me?"

his voice rang throughout the building which really helped in erasing his efforts to be 'undercover'.

i ignored him as i took a seat in front of him and began to take my camera equipment out only making my self feel annoyed thinking about how much work i put in just to take one picture of him drinking his smoothie.

"why are you getting your equipment out? i invited you here for a drink. here order something." he winked as he chucked me a couple of notes.

the boy was as sweet as sin and yes, there was no other way i could describe him. namjoon was a temperament mess with his personality that seemed to control when he was a dick and when he wasn't. although his conceited attitude wasn't something i couldn't handle, it wasn't pleasant having someone who makes more money than you will ever make in your life time throw it at you. in fact, there was not a time that i worked with namjoon were i didn't feel inferior to him.

never the less, i found myself accepting his idea of 'gratitude' and arrived a few moments later with a smoothie in my hand.

"namjoon i have some ideas for a new concept we could look into. i just need to test out a few different camera angles. wanna try?"

he awkwardly agreed as he scanned his surroundings. namjoon was strangely shy when it came to taking pictures in public but you would think that a big artist like him would be used to it by now but the concept of it still bothered him yet he seemed like nothing but a professional when it came to the camera capturing his presence.

"if these pictures come out well i'll let you buy yourself another drink." he smirked as he slammed down another note in front of me.

i stared down at the note before looking up at him only to see him smiling back so eagerly at me. it's as if he genuinely couldn't tell how much of a dickhead he was already being and it hadn't even been ten minutes since i'd arrived here.

i began taking shots with my camera in one hand and my smoothie in my other as i watched namjoon pull incredibly lame faces into the camera. call me overly sensitive but even just looking at him was enough to irritate me. every pose he began to make aligned in my head with every different reason as to why i hated him.

"like this?" he questioned, unfocused.

i ushered him to tilt his head over a bit and before i knew it, my hand unintentionally opened the lid of my smoothie. one thing led to another but soon i was watching in amusement as my drink oozed down his newly dyed hair whilst my finger continuously hit the camera button.

let's just say that namjoon wasn't too happy about that incident and it seemed as if i was going to face several consequences but it was pretty entertaining to watch namjoon embarrass himself in front of eight people. truth be told, i genuinely had no idea what had gotten over me. he hadn't even done much to annoy me except flaunt his money but my head could not stop counting the amount of times this boy had done me dirty.

namjoon's glare was definitely loud in the sense that i was able to hear his anger through his facial expression alone. it took me a while before i realised this was not going to go down well.

"i'm so sorry, i swear it was an ac-"

"don't bother coming to work anymore. "
