Chapter 1

Beth's POV

I was sitting outside the board room, they were deciding my fate at this school (Norwest Christian College)

"Come in Beth" said my principal

"Yup" I acted cool

I walked in to a room full of people

"We have decided to expel you from this school you had your last chance"

"WHAT?!? I DIDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING IT WAS ALL HER!" I shouted at everyone when I felt someone pull me back

"What you think I gonna hurt someone! I didn't even hurt her the first time! Ugh I'm leaving" I stormed out

"Wait!" I heard I voice say

"No I'm leaving to Richmond School" I ran out all the way home on the way home I thought about what had happened

*flashback*

I was in a test in maths when Brittany tried talking to me

"Beth!" She shout whispered

"What?" I looked at her

"Here" she had a piece of paper on her desk I leaned over to look when

"Misssssssss Beth's looking at my work!" I tried to go back to mine but she caught me

To cut the story short there was a lot of shouting I threw a couple of things and hit Ashleigh I tried to sit back down but miss grabbed me I shouted RAPE and started blowing my whistle

*normal time at Beth's house*

"So honey did they sort it out?" My mum asked as I walked in

"No I'm expelled I'm going to Richmond" I said before running to my room

"Aw Beth just talk to me!" She shouted but I didn't listen and I had no intention of doing so I just plugged in my earphones and dozed off

*next morning*

I woke up and found my iPod on charge, me in my bed and a Richmond school senior uniform on my bed

"Dammit I hate school" luckily this was my last year

I had a shower and changed into the blue uniform brushing my hair mum came in

"The bus leaves in 10 minutes so get your butt moving"

"What it's only 7:50" I said now on to drying and straightening my hair

"I know but you have to cause you certainly can't walk"

"Whatever" I said then turned in my hair dryer so I couldn't hear her

Once I was finished I hopped downstairs kissed mum goodbye and walked to the bus stop which was two minutes down the road

I plugged in my earphones and blocked out the world maybe a little bit too much cause I tripped

"Ouch" I sat up rubbing my arm

"Hey are you ok?" A boy about my age said wearing the same uniform

"I guess" I got up

"I'm Ashton by the way" he held out his hand

"Beth" I shook his hand

"Do you go on the bus?" He asked

"Yep" I said brushing down my clothes

"Well hurry it's just got to the bus stop!" We ran to bus

When we got there we thanked the driver for waiting

Ashton went to the back with some boys and I sat about the middle where an empty seat was, I plugged in my earphones again and waited until the bus arrived at school

After about 15 minutes we got to school, everyone piled out, I thanked the driver again and walked out to my new school

I went in the direction of the office following signs, when I finally reached there I saw another girl talking to the office lady the girl was about my height with brown hair that was dip dyed blonde

"Hello are you new?" The office lady asked

"Uh yes" I said

"Ok well Imogen will show you round" said the office lady

"Ok thanks" I said just about to walk off with Imogen when

"Oh and here's your timetable" she said looking through papers until she got it

"Thanks" I said then walked off with Imogen

"So what's your name?" Imogen asked

"Beth" I said

"Cool name, what's first on your timetable?"

"Erm, music" I said

"No way me too, what instrument?" She asked

"Piano, guitar, ukulele and voice, you?"

"I play guitar and voice"

Brinnnnnnnnggggggggggggggg

"Let's go"

She led me across the field to a huge music room

"Only the awesome people hang here" she said high fiving a random dude

"Wow it's so big" I exclaimed looking round

"Yea I know some people tell me it's too big" Ashton said popping up

"Ew go away!" I said pushing him

"Hurt" he said then pathetically limped off

"Wait you know Ashton?" Imogen asked

"Yea, sorta, why" I said confused

"Well not only is he like the hottest non taken boy in this school he is also my friend as well we are sooo hanging out" she said without taking a breath

"Wait do you like him?" I asked getting excited

"Hell no I like his band mate Calum" she said with a dreamy look

"Is he in a band?" I asked

"Yes keep up" as she said that a young lady about 23 walked in

"Ok class as you know today is jam day so just do whatever you want I will come round to help" as soon as she said that everybody ran to an instrument

"Go bags one!" Imogen screamed running to a guitar

I didn't know what to do so I ran up to a key board at least I could play it

"Cool ok let's play" she said picking up her guitar

"ONE, TWO, THREE!" someone screamed and a drum beat echoed round then as a bass player made a tune everyone joined in I was in awe of how we had just made up this beat everyone working together I just wished it would never end

Brinnnnnnnngggggggggggg
