I am sitting by the window looking at the beautiful sky and listening to music. I feel someone nudge me and I turn to see Beth.
"Hey I'm going to the washroom." She says as I move the headphones from my ear.
"Okay." I say.
Putting the headphones back on I start humming to the song. I feel someone's shoulder brush with mine as they take a seat beside me. I don't look as I thought it was Beth but that was fast.
I suddenly feel someone tap on my shoulder and thinking it to be Beth I turn around irritated by her interference once again. I turn around to see the last person I want to see.
"Hey, I'm really sorry for how I acted before." He says.
" It's okay." I say trying my best to ignore him.
"No, it's not. Actually those were confidential files so yea."
"Okay." Why can't he just leave me alone? I don't want to do this.
"Over that I'm stressed of all the work-"
"Look" I cut him off. " I don't need to know about you're personal problems. I said it's okay." I say hoping he's going to leave me alone.
"I was just trying to be nice."
Nice? Yea it was nice when you shouted at me when I was just trying to help.
"Yea, whatever." I say rolling my eyes.
"Wow, you're rude." He says doing the same.
"Look whose talking." I say as Beth finally decides to come out of the washroom.
"This is my seat." She says.
"Yes. Of course."
Beth gives me weird looks wanting to know why he was here.
"Okay. Bye!" He says to me and then he walks back to his own seat.
"Hope to see you never again." I say loud enough only for me to hear.
