You were shocked, but your eyelids were really heavy and almost immediately shut. Soul slid his hand through your hair, but you kept your hands in your lap.

"Whoops," You heard a familiar voice say.

You and Soul broke apart and you looked over at Meg, who was trying to go out the front door. She turned and laughed a bit.

"Don't stop on my part, I was just leaving."

You felt your face getting red when you realized what had happened. You shot up quickly, grabbed your bag, and followed Meg out the door.

"Bye!" You said quietly to Soul.

Soul half-smirked and waved goodbye as you closed the door behind you.

Once you were on the other side of the closed door, Meg laughed again.

"Ooh, you better hope he doesn't tell the other boys. They'll be mad!"

You groaned. "Meg, if you say one word of this to ANYONE, I will personally kill you."

Meg put her hands up in surrender. "Don't worry, my lips are sealed." She said.

You could still feel the redness of your face. You thought that all the blood in your body was probably in your head. You didn't look at Meg the whole way home and into your room.

You flopped on your bed. You looked at your clock and, noting the time, decided to go to sleep. But you didnt sleep. You tried to, but the events from that night had you is a state of extreme shock.

Eventually, you must have fallen asleep because you woke up the next morning.

You yawned and stretched, getting up and changing. You checked your clock. 6:30. You had thirty minutes before school started.

You headed into the kitchen, where Meg was sitting eating cereal.

"What, no extra crispy bacon?" You joked.

"Shut up. Eat your cereal."

"I thought you wanted to get better at cooking." You laughed, sitting on your stool.

"I gave up. You want Lucky Charms or Cocoa Pebbles?"

"We're getting older. When are we gonna stop eating Lucky Charms and Cocoa Pebbles?"

"Well, there's also Cookie Crisp, but I never liked that..."

You rolled your eyes and pulled the Cookie Crisp out of the cabinet. You had bought it for a reason.

While you munched, Meg's phone chimed. She looked at the screen, and swallowed her cereal slowly.

"C'mon, It's time to go."

She slurped the rest of the milk out of the bowl, and tossed it in the sink. You did the same, and followed her out the door.

"Who was that text from?"

"Black Star."

"What'd he say?" You asked.

"It's not important."

You were annoyed that she wouldn't just tell you, but you respected her privacy. You got to the front of the school, and started to climb the many stairs. When you got to the top, you were wiping sweat from your brow, and Meg's scarf was stuffed into the pocket of her jacket, which was tied around her waist. It was cold today and seeing her bare arms made you shiver empathetically.

You went into the building and you were hit by a wall of warm air. Meg took off her glasses and started to wipe off the fog. Kid walked up to you before you could head to class.
