I woke up the next morning with only a slight headache ..also a Perk of being a werewolf we don't have hangovers,our bodies burn the alcohol faster than humans so that's why I only have a slight headache.
I don't remember much of last night but one thing I couldn't get out of my mind was that sweet addicting scent..
at this point I'm sure it was real because whenever I think about it
my wolf starts whining and yelping
and no our wolves don't talk to us like some humans say In their novels and books..though we understand each other and I can hear her whine,whimper or yelp in my mind I can also feel when she's excited,angry or sad
And right now I feel that all my urges are directing me to go search for that sweet scent..
I snapped out of my daydream,had a shower and threw on some black skinny jeans and a light blue T_shirt that said "Dreamer" and put on some black flats
And made my way downstairs
Joson was already dressed and eating some cereal
"Morning jas" I gave him a peck on the cheek and grabbed a granola bar for breakfast
"morning sis..are you going to the daycare today" I guess I forgot to tell that after me and Jason graduated..we didn't want to go to college
It was usual for werewolves to not go to college
Most of us prefered to stay in the pack and work here so after graduation I decided to work at the pack's daycare
It doesn't pay much but seeing as we don't need the money I don't care
What can I say,I Love Children..!
And since father won't hand down the alpha title to Jason
He gave him the training of the pack warriors seeing as he has alpha blood meaning that he is stronger than all the pack members
"yeah I haven't gone the whole week because of the new house and packing and stuff I think it's time I cut my vacation short" I said with a shrug
"yeah ..I've been slacking on training for the past week and I don't want the warriors to get used to it" "don't go too hard on them bro." of course I knew he would go hard on them anyway
"you know I will as the future alpha It's my job to make them suffer and for them to not complain" he replied with a serious face but his eyes were dancing with laughter
"as you say almighty alpha..but we have to go now so c'mon" I quickly grabbed my phone qnd we made our way to the car
He would drive me to the day care first then go to the training ground
Thank God! Finally something to distract me from that addicting scent because honestly I think there's a possibility..
Just a tiny possibility.. that the scent was my mate's
