I looked up to face her but was interrupted by soft lips against mine. I hesitated, terrified and didn't know what to do. I soon melted into the kiss and smoothly kissed back. She slid her hands up to my neck as one ran through my hair. I wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her closer, deepening the kiss. We finally pulled away. I stared at her in total shock as she just smiled and stood up. Angel trotted over. Spade wasn't anywhere around. I stood up and brushed off the dirt.
"Spade knows to go back to Phoenix Drop if he can't find me. So he's fine. Ill be going now." She smiled and turned around, walking away.
I mounted Angel and trotted up next to Aphmau. She looked up at me and smiled as I held out a hand. She took it and I pulled her up onto Angel. She sat behind me and wrapped her arms around my stomache. We rode out of the forest and found the road again. I gave a light kick into Angel's side making her go into a gallop. Halfway through the ride, Aphmau got tired so I let her sit in front of me and fall asleep. After about 4 hours we finally got to Phoenix Drop gates. Dante and Laurence ran through the gates.
"IS SHE OKAY?!" They both yelled.
Aphmau mummbled and frowned in her sleep. I put a finger to my mouth and shh them. I nodded to their question. We rode up the hill and up to her purple home. I smiled and quietly nudged her awake. Her eyes slowly fluttered open as she sat up. I slid off of my horse and held out both arms. I scooped her in my arms and walked inside. She tiredly looked up at me. I glanced around her house then saw the stairs. I quietly walked up the stairs and went into the room with the purple door. I walked toward the bed and threw the covers to the side. I gently set her on the bed and tucked the covers over her. I smiled down at her and walked to the chair a few feet away. I sat down and rested my elbow on the arm and rested my head on my hand. My eyes grew heavy as I closed them fully. I drifted off into a tired sleep.
I know that was like...REALLY short. Im really tired right now. Its not over yet, I got more exciting stuff planned. How are you guys liking it so far? And I know its SUPER far away from now but... What should my next story be about? The story line, the characters, the dramaaaa. Anywayyy. Once again sorry for the short chapter haha!
