You know bellyflopping? Yeah, only fun while in water...

While in the gym, play volleyball, and go to dive for a ball, trip over yourself, jump, fly, and then bellyflop onto the gym floor. Make sure you have an injured wrist and make sure to hit the ground hard enough to give yourself a headache.

Ex: I was in volleyball practice and we were doing this one drill and I took off late from lying on the floor and somehow managed to trip, call the ball that's way off to my side, jump, and bellyflop on the gym floor.

I had a pretty big bruise😁 but hey! Don't feel down because of a bruise....it's a war mark😂
