Nothing much happened when I got home. Mom was at work. I fed my pug, Ella, and went into to the kitchen. Mom left a note on the counter.

Dear Natalie,

Sorry I couldn't be there when you got home sweetie.

I'm stuck with the late shift.

Order some takeout, I'll be home late.

Love you,

Mom xx

I guess its okay. I didn't really want to talk about my first day anyways. If Mom was home, that'd be the first thing she'd ask about. And as usual, I'd fake it and say it was fine. It never really was fine though. Ever. I grabbed my bag and headed upstairs. I wasn't really hungry. So I guess it was a Netflix kind of night. I watched about half a season of my favorite show, Teen Wolf, and decided I was too tired. I took a shower, brushed my teeth and layed down. As I was drifting to sleep Dylan came to mind. Fuck my curiosity is getting to me. I'm so damn curious on where he went. I hope he's okay. Maybe he just wanted to skip school. Probably. He's fine, he looks like he could take care of himself. With that thought I fell asleep.

*Dylan's POV*

After lunch I had no choice but to pull the fire alarm. It was the only way I could get outside. When everyone started to file inside I slipped away. I spotted a trail behind the school. I'm pretty sure it leads to close where I need to go. I turned to make sure no one saw. I doubt anyone did. I ran through the trail and through the woods and ended up in the middle of a bad looking neighborhood. Looks about right. I found the right address and walked up the porch. The door was unlocked so I walked inside. "Dylan, that you?" I heard my friend Anthony yell from the basement. "Yeah it's me." I looked around. This place was trashed. "Get your ass down here!" I found the basement door and went downstairs. There were about four men and my friends Anthony and Drew sitting down at a table. I grabbed an empty seat next to them. Holy fuck these guys looked mean. "You bring the money?" one of the men looked at me. "Fuck, uh yeah I got it." I searched my pockets. I pulled out the $500 dollars. Drew looked at the guy, "Did you bring what we need?"
