I stood in front of the Jail and went in. I asked for my dad Montrel Germain
woman: Okay i'll bring you right in
she brought me to this visiting place I saw a couple of inmates and their family. I sat on a bench waiting for my dad
-25 minutes later-
I see the cops brought a man up to me and left them there standing in front of me. I looked up, it was him.. thats my dad. He looked down at me looked deeply in my eyes like he did a year ago
daddy: Baby (gco)
I hugged him and cried on his shoulder. He cried and hugged me back
Daddy: Baby I'm so sorry
Me: Daddy I love you soo much! why would you do that to me daddy?! You knew that I love you. We all did!!
Daddy: (cries) I know you did baby I'm so so sorry
I've never seen my dad cried, he looked tired
We pulled away from the hug and sat down, there was a silence
Me: Daddy you're tired
Daddy: I've been tired for 8 years baby.. I'm ready
Me: Daddy... why did you wait to kill us?
Daddy: Baby I know you won't believe me but I didn't want to! It was you Uncle, I told him I wasn't going to do it but he threatened me.. I still didn't do it. that night I was going to handle some business I was letting them hear me out. They did then I left next thing I see are police cars, ambulances, and your mom and sister. I was so scared a ran. They caught me and put me in jail. Now I have a death penalty
Me: Bernie did this whole thing..!
He nodded and looked down. I could tell my dad was telling the truth because he was pouring his heart out.
Me: Daddy! I'll do everything I can to get you out!
Daddy: Baby girl.. I think it's my time to join your mom and sister
I looked at him

Daddy: You need to get your Uncle in jail! do you hear me?!

Cop: Okay Germain time is up let's go
I looks at the cop then at my dad and gave him a tight hug
Me: I'll come back
Daddy: Don't baby girl you can't see me like this
Me: Daddy..
Cop: Let's go Germain
Me: Aye man can you wait!
Daddy: It's ok baby, let me go now,
Me: BYe daddy..
Daddy: No bye, see you later
HE winked at me and smiled, the cop brought him to his cell and I left. I'm in my car closing my eyes and I saw my mom again
Mom: That's my baby! good job, I'm proud of you
Me: Thank you mommy
Mom: You feel better now am I right
Me: Yes mommy.. tell Ashley that I love her
Mom: OKay baby, I'll see you soon
I opened my eyes and went to find an apartment in Indianapolis, I've decided not to go to Maine
