Chapter 16 - Hungover ninjas

Last night was awsome. I had such a great time for Lana's birthday party. Things got a bit out of control though last night, me and Phil had to calm things down a bit but I still had a wild time though! It was the most fun I've had in ages. We drank a bit too much (especially Alana who wasn't meant to be drinking!) so this morning we were so hungover. It was probably the most I've ever drank in one night.

I woke up with Dan laid next to me. Last night we had been up ages just having random tipsy talk. At one point we actually nearly peed ourselves! We talked about just random crap but then we were talking about us. Like what we were, what our 'relationship status' was.
"So," I whispered loudly trying to be quiet. I hiccuped real loud and me and Dan just burst out laughing.
"Are we a thing then or what?" I asked after minutes of laughing.
"If you want to be, I mean I really want us to be a 'thing' but then again I'm just Dan"
Yes we were slightly drunk, but we agreed we were a 'thing' in the end. I was so happy in that moment, even if I was hiccuping violently. Dan has done more for me than most others and I've only known him for a short time. I think I love him. I think he's the one...

This morning me and Dan woke up at roughly the same time and just groaned. My head hurt sooo much. After about half an hour of moaning about our hangovers we decided to go downstairs and make some breakfast while the others got some more sleep. When we got to the bottom of the stairs Amy and Josh were getting a bit, lets just say a bit close. So we were like hungover ninjas getting past them. We managed to get to the kitchen but then we just couldn't hold in our laughter by that point. We had the worst headaches and felt dreadful but we could still manage to be the crazy couple. Couple. Are we a couple now? I mean I know we were slightly drunk last night  but surely Dan meant it. Didn't he?
"Dan"
"Yes my gorgeous but dreadful looking girlfriend?" He replied.
"Girlfriend..."
"Well, if you want to be I mean we were drunk last night you might not have meant it you probably didn't to be honest and now im blabbering but yeah." Dan blurted out.
"Of course I want to, it's all that I've wanted since the day we met. I love you Dan..." And that was it. Our second attempt but the first was slightly drunk sooo yeah. We were going to announce it later to the gang while Amy and Josh were still here.

About half an hour later everyone else seemed to wake up and managed to drag themselves downstairs. I'd never seen any of them like this before, they were like the living dead. We all had breakfast together groaning about every few minutes. I'd never had a headache worse than this.

It was about 12 o clock and Amy and Josh were leaving soon so me and Dan thought we'd tell them all the news now.
"so guys, me and Jaz have got something to tell you." Dan said looking a bit nervous.
"we have decided that we are a couple. WE'RE A THING!" I shouted feeling so happy but shouting wasn't te best idea when we all ha hangovers. But nevermind, it was worth it.
"SAME!" Phil and Lana shouted too. I was a bit surprised after everything that had happened but I was happy for them. We all had a gigantic group hug, all 6 of us and I had a feeling that they were together but I didn't want to say anything just in case. Three couples in the room. I couldn't believe everything that had happened since the day we went to London and now. It had all happened in such a short amount of time but it all happened for a reason. I don't know what that reason is, but I'm thankful for it...
