No One's POV.
Justin and Staysha both got up early together, waking up at around the same time and getting ready to leave. They didn't want to intrude any longer than they already have so they made the bed, got dressed and walked into the living room where David and Lennie were sitting in peaceful silence. That was until Lennie notices them.
"You guys already leaving?" She asked, removing the book from in front of her face.
Justin nodded, "Yeah, we should probably get going because we have a lot of things planned for today."
"Oh, you guys can't stay for breakfast at least?" Lennie questioned.
"We don't want to intrude. But, we really do appreciate the fact that you guys gave us a place to sleep for the night, and helped us with the car as well." Staysha decided to add in, knowing that Justin was ready to leave and go home for work.
"Aw, it was nothing, honestly, the least we can do." Lennie waved her hand. It was silent for a couple of seconds. "Well, at least let us walk you guys out and say goodbye." She added, standing up and placing her book to the side. David stopped cooking and also walked over with them to the front door to say goodbye.
Once they were outside Staysha turned to Lennie, "It was really nice getting to meet you and your husband." Lennie smiled.
"Wait, I want to give you something." Lennie said, holding up her finger to signal for them to wait. She walked back and grabbed her purse to pull out a card before walking back over to them, and held the card out for Staysha. "Keep in touch, please. I'd like to hear from you."
"Of course." Staysha said, observing the card, and coming to realize it was a business card and that Lennie was a gardener. She knew she would definitely keep in touch when she wanted advice with Justin most likely. She already trusted her enough.
In the meantime, Justin was busy talking to David, and apologized for how they met yesterday, and thanked him for towing his car and adding gas, then asked for directions back onto the main road. He listened carefully as David explained, then they shook hands. When Lennie and Staysha finished talking before Lennie walked over to Justin, sincerely grabbing his arm and pulling him away from David and Staysha.
"Look, you seem like such a good boy, and I know this is random, but, Staysha is an amazing girl. You take care of her, and you don't hurt her. Please." Lennie said.
Justin nodded, "Of course."
"I can see, she likes you a lot so please, don't hurt her cause I know you like her too." Lennie said. Justin was about to protest but then thought against it and realized that maybe she was right, so instead he nodded. "Don't hold back your feelings okay. Take care." Lennie finished before leaning in and giving Justin a hug, which threw him off because he never hugged anyone or even let anyone hug him for that matter. But, instead of pushing her away or standing there like an idiot, he hugged her back. She pulled away and walked back towards David with Justin following behind her as he made his way over to Staysha, grabbing her hand.
"It was nice meeting you guys. Please, come back whenever." David said. Justin nodded before gently pushing Staysha to walk and led her over to the passenger's seat of the car, opening the door for her like a gentleman and helping her in. Lennie admiring the movement from the door. Justin got in himself, starting the car and driving off waving back with Staysha at Lennie and David who were waving as they left.
Justin used the directions David told him and got them back on to the main road, they took a short break stop for the long drive at the gas station to use the bathroom and get some snacks. Justin leaned against the car waiting for Staysha to come out as he looked at his phone. They had hit an area where they had finally had service and he looked at all the messages that Gunnar had sent him and some from the other guys but mostly from Gunnar.
