Recap:
You stared into his sad green eyes and slowly nodded. Dean gave you a sad smile before he turned back around and walked downstairs. You sighed and shuffled into your room. You closed the door behind you and leaned your back on it.
When you pushed off the door, you fell onto your bed with your back facing the ceiling. You sighed again and closed your eyes. You were about to fall asleep when you heard a voice mutter, "Hello, little one."
Pain flared on the back of your head, and all went black.
Present:
You felt the world slowly come into your senses once again. You shifted your position slightly, groaning when you realized that you were somehow kept in place. You let your eyes flutter open when you became aware of the binds that bound you.
You glanced down at your body and noticed that your wrists and feet were tied to the chair that you were sitting in. The skin on your wrists and ankles, you could tell, was irritated and rubbed raw. You looked up again and began to struggle. It was only successful in irritating your skin even more.
"Look who's awake," a male voice called out in the darkness.
You gasped in surprise as you jumped in your seat, startled. You looked around frantically in the dark room, trying to spot your kidnapper.
"Looking for someone?" the voice asked with a chuckle.
Your head snapped to where you heard the voice and saw a figure coming out of the shadows.
He had short black hair and wore a smirk on his face. When he came into the light so that you could see him better, you glanced at his eyes and instantly became horrified. They were a dark violet color, and covered his whole eye. Suddenly they flicked to how a normal eye would look like, and his irises were a dark brown color.
"What are you?" you questioned as you pressed your back against the chair, trying to keep your distance from him.
He just smiled and replied, "I'm sure your daddy has told you all about my kind."
You furrowed your brows and put on an innocent face, deciding to play dumb. "I don't know what you're talking about."
"Like hell you don't!" he yelled as he slapped you.
Your head whipped to the side and you breathed heavily. You were sure that it was bound to either be red or bruised later. You blinked away your tears and looked back up, a glare settling your features.
"Maybe I have heard of your kind," you began. "But I definitely haven't heard of a demon with dark purple eyes."
"That's because I'm special," he chuckled. The man just smiled as he continued, "Allow me to introduce myself; I'm Balban."
You said nothing and continued to glare at the demon. He just huffed a laugh and shrugged, "I guess I should've known you wouldn't have answered, Winchester."
He had hissed your last name as if it were poison in his mouth.
"What do you want with me, asshole?" you asked, mocking his tone.
He growled and whisked out a knife from his jacket pocket and shoved it into your right shoulder. You screamed as tears fell down your face, and your body tried to curl in on itself as if to defend itself from the danger.
Balban let the knife rest in your shoulder for a bit before yanking it back out, causing you to cry out again. You bit the inside of your cheeks as you tried your best to muffle your sobs.
"So, what do I want with you, you ask?" Balban questioned as he placed the knife on a silver table that you hadn't noticed before. It was full of torturing equipment, you knew. The demon walked closer to you before leaning close to your face and saying quietly, "I want to break every bone in your body and watch you suffer as your loved ones get killed, and you can't do anything about it."
You raised your head and met his eyes, your eyes narrowing in defiance as you spat at him. He stands up straight again and raises an eyebrow. "Let's start with your face, shall we?"
He hits you again and again until your sure that your whole face is covered in blood and bruised. Your right eye was swollen and you could barely see out of your left. Balban smirked and stood in front of you.
Suddenly, the door busted open, and in came Sam and Dean just as Balban disappeared. Dean had his gun raised while Sam had a knife with jagged edges on one side.
"Dean!" you cried, your voice gravelly.
"(Y/n)!" he called, meeting your terrified (e/c) eyes with his determined green ones. He rushed over to you and pulled out a pocket knife, and he began to cut through the ropes binding you to the chair. "We'll get you out. Just hang on."
Sam was keeping guard at the door, but he made the mistake of turning to you and Dean, letting his guard down. That's when Balban popped up behind him with the same huge knife as before. Your eyes widened as you yelped, "Sam!"
Before he could jump back around, Balban shoved the knife through Sam's chest, causing said man to cry out in pain and fall to his knees. Dean whirled around to see what the commotion was, and watched as Balban pulled the blade out of Sam's lifeless body as he fell to the floor. You could tell that Dean had become angry as he clutched on his pocket knife tighter and quickly raised the gun, aiming to kill the demon.
However, Balban flicked his hand and Dean flew to the nearest wall, dropping his weapons in the process. Dean struggled and groaned, shouting, "Let go of me, you son of a bitch!"
Balban clicked his tongue and shook his head. "Is that the way to talk to someone who literally holds your life in their hands?" he questioned as he twirled the knife in his hand. He raised it and was about to strike Dean.
"Stop!" you said as loud as you could, even though your voice was strained and dry. The two glanced at you as you continued, "Let him go. Please."
The demon smiled and nodded, "Of course I'll let him go..." He turned back around and flipped the knife in his hand before thrusting the blade into Dean's chest. You cried out in agony as you watched your father's eyes slowly fall shut. "...after I kill him."
Once he pulled the blade from Dean's chest, he let the man fall to the ground in front of him. You stared at the limp bodies lying on the floor; your family. Silent tears slipped down your cheeks as you stifled your sobs as best as you could.
"How could you...?" you asked softly, wiping your eyes on your shoulders and sniffing before meeting the demon's gaze.
Balban smiled devilishly as his eyes faded to the dark violet as before. Sam and Dean's bodies wavered and flickered the same violet color as Balban's eyes before vanishing into nothing.
You stared at the floor in surprise before you flicked your gaze back to Balban. Your brows furrowed, "It wasn't real?"
He just shrugged and smiled, proud of his work. He began to walk out of the room as he called, "Get some sleep, little one! Tomorrow is going to be a busy day!"
