Recap:

Balban smiled devilishly as his eyes faded to the dark violet as before.  Sam and Dean's bodies wavered and flickered the same violet color as Balban's eyes before vanishing into nothing.

You stared at the floor in surprise before you flicked your gaze back to Balban.  Your brows furrowed, "It wasn't real?"

He just shrugged and smiled, proud of his work. He began to walk out of the room as he called, "Get some sleep, little one! Tomorrow is going to be a busy day!"

Present:

You've been here for a couple of days. You didn't know exactly how many days because you couldn't keep track. The room was always pretty dark, with no windows, and no clock to tell the time. The only source of light in the room came from a single light bulb, but it was quite dim.

You hung your head, your one eye that wasn't swollen drooping shut as you tried to just let go for a moment. You were on the verge of sleep when you heard the familiar creek of a door.

"Wake-y, wake-y, Winchester. We have a surprise for you."

You sighed silently and slowly raised your head.  Your good eye widened as you saw someone you thought you would never see again.

"Elise?"

Said woman looked at you with wide, tearful eyes. She was being held by a familiar face, and you realized that it was the nurse that had taken your blood sample.

"You!" you cried as you glared at the demon. "You were a demon this whole time?"

"Ah," Balban said with a smile, "I see you've met my precious Jenny already."

Jenny held onto Elise tightly as Balban summoned a chair for her. Jenny threw her harshly into it, making her yelp. Ropes quickly appeared around her wrists, feet, and upper body so that she was almost completely immobile, just like you.

You scowled as you rose your gaze to meet Balban's, who was smirking at you viciously. "What are you doing?" you growled. "She has nothing to do with this! Let her go!"

Balban glanced at you as he picked up a scalpel and stalked towards your mother-figure.

"Oh, but she has everything to do with this," Jenny spoke.

Balban nodded and added, "She's the one that hid you from my kind ever since your mother gave you up!"

You turned your head to Elise and stared at her with questioning eyes. Your good eye narrowed in confusion as you asked, "What?"

Elise swallowed and breathed, "Your mother told me to keep you safe. I've known her for a while..."

She said nothing more as questions began to appear in your mind. What does she mean? Was she friends with my mother? Does she know where she is?

You didn't have much time to act on them, however, when Balban began to cut into Elise's abdomen agonizingly slow. She made guttural sounds that soon turned into small screams as he cut deeper and deeper. Jenny watched with a satisfied smirk, clearly pleased with her significant other.
