Map of the setting is above.

What happened is that it started off where we were in a mansion and all these people were paired up, Ethan and I being in one pair. However, I arrived late so I had to go through this whole other process first by myself to receive gear that would just protect your body. Then I got into the house, and the objective of the game was to not get caught by the owner.

Then there's some insignificant stuff where I get spotted by the owner and Ethan is trying to lead me away. So when I finally meet up with Ethan and we catch our breath, we jump out of this window because the owner found us and we climb up this tree, only now we've all become the age and appearance of our eighth grade selves.

The owner gets up in the tree now but so is this random kid that I call Aladdin and somehow the owner started panicking so I thought maybe the kid is his son or someone so we call a truce and the game ends.

We get down from the tree and the owner is in the bushes, throwing grapes at me specifically because he's throwing a little tantrum for practically losing. I dodge all those grapes naturally. But he does throw a huge bunch still together so I catch it and start eating them and he finally comes out of the bush because I think we're all getting called to head down and go check out the beach the mansion is built practically on and close to the water.

We survey this area and afterwards, the scene changes to where it's like, while one group of people is doing something and in the meantime, here's what the other group is doing.

It turns out, the game was training to escape any sort of enemy.

Out in the town, there's a local clinic. Gathered here are people from some sort of elite team like military soldiers I suppose. So they're here, one of their men injured and getting treatment. The team splits, and there's about ten of them, and so there are two people, a woman and a man, left with the injured one while everyone else is coming to the beach location.

The man that's left tells the woman he's going to check something in the car, them both being outside in the parking lot.

This was a vivid image: The woman's mouth splits open, her eyes pitch black, and with her razor teeth like a bunch of toothpicks, she bites into this guy's neck, turning him into a zombie.

So then it switches back to where I am, and all these people who went through that training are now wandering around the mansion, but it's starting to look more like the upper halls and rooms of my church building.

The woman from earlier who bit that one guy, has found her way inside the mansion and is now, let's say infecting, all the people there, including me. However, she ends up killing only one person. Now, we're all subject to her and she orders us to all go down to the beach, specifically that cove pool area, and begin killing.

I am the fastest one to get there and I've dived into the water, looking around for who I should kill, but for some reason I can't. I go under, see a dead, bleeding body cling to the rocks underneath the water. And we're supposed to do this all as subtle as possible. I flee from there and the chaos has definitely broken out as the number of dead increases.

Then time leaps to a couple days later, and I'm with the elite group that was at that clinic. The leader is a woman, and she makes this sorry excuse of a sword for me to wield out of a boogie board broken in half vertically. What happened was that in the span of that two days, I had escaped and fell at the feet of the elite, begging them to help me and that I didn't want to be like the other zombies and kill people, so she offers me to fight with them to eliminate the zombies. This family of one of the people who got killed, a family with a lot of money, asks this elite team to kill the person responsible for revenge, which aligns with their aim of eliminating the zombies.

I begin practicing using this weapon, and it actually cuts. The leader is training me, and she gave me the advice, "Don't swing gracefully," and something along the lines of, "You're not doing it to show people and entertain them, you're doing it because you need to."

I train.

First, she told me to cut through a plastic bottle and that's when she gave me the advice. Then, she puts three glass mason jars together and I cut through them cleanly, which makes no sense because they should have just shattered. Finally, I'm supposed to cut through a string and the bridge of this boy's nose, the guy maybe 14. I hesitate here, and I try to distract the kid so he doesn't see when I go to cut him, but then he gets called away by the family who asked to take revenge.

The family had been there the entire time, watching me, because apparently I was a valuable fighter now and they wanted to see what I was capable of. It was an old man who called the boy over to him and he did it to spite me, so I angrily go up to the cord and slice through it.

Unfortunately, that's the end of the dream.
