A Promposal with a Splash

I had a separate dream the same night as Zombies and a Boy but it deserves it's own chapter :)

So, we're doing individual stretches in the GAR (Girls Activity Room, dance studio like) at the beginning of color guard practice. I'm on my back doing  leg stretches and so I don't notice that this group of water polo players come in and line up in front of the mirrors, speedos and all.

So Devon, our coach, calls my name and I look up and they all start singing and dancing. It was so ridiculous I was laughing, but I didn't know they were there for me I just thought the coach called me so I would pay attention to their performance.

They finish, all gather around me, one reaching out for my hand to pull me up and then another goes and throws me over his shoulder, taking me out to the pool. So this guy climbs up the high dive and sets me down on the diving board and tells me to walk to the edge and look down.

I do that and I see all these water polo players treading water, their arms out in certain ways and they spell the letters "P-R-O-M."

I laugh and say, "Who's asking?"

Ethan comes out and stands by the edge of the pool on the other side and says, "Me of course."

I just tell myself, why not, and I go and jump into the water and swim to the other side to meet up with him and say yes as I give him a hug.

Then he puts his towel around me and we're both laughing now. He picks me up bridal/princess style and says he'll have to go apologize to the rest of the guard.

We head back to the GAR, everyone looking over at us as he puts me down and says thanks for letting him borrow me and leaves.

I ask for my clothes that I was dressed in before I changed out for practice from one of the members who is sitting out right now because she injured her arm. I change and go sit down to wait to dry and then at the next water break I tell them all what happened.

Everyone asked Devon if they could go and follow me out to see what was happening but she told them no so everyone was excited to hear all of what happened.
