2 Months Later...
My physiotherapy is going well, I can now walk with crutches but Rebecca is still in a coma and on life support. She's been unconscious ever since she found out Triston died.
I decide to go clean Rebecca's room because as soon she is off life support, unconscious or conscious, she's allowed to stay in her room. Plus I want to do what humans call 'Snooping'. Snooping is where you look around and I guess put your muzzle into other people's business.
Once I slowly got up the stairs with my Delta, Adam's help, I went to Rebecca's room which is opposite my normal room. Surprisingly its tidy. I walk towards Triston's bedside table. I open the small draw and see a little box.
There's a note on the box that says, "To My Amazing Mate, Rebecca. Love Triston." I know I shouldn't but I really want to open the box. It looks like a jewellery box. I sigh then I open it.
Inside of the box is a little necklace that says, "I love you to the moon and back." This brought tears to my eyes.
This is the necklace Rebecca never got.
