Chapter 16

Custer's pov

Harry and I were planning to stop off at the mall to pick up a few things. I decided to get dressed and do all my makeup and stuff. I opened my suitcase and looked for something to wear.

I decided to wear a black tank with a turquoise high-low skirt. I slipped on a pair of Sperry boat shoes and I put my hair some up and some down with a sparkly silver bow. I did my eyeliner and lipstick and some light foundation.

Once I was finished getting ready Harry had on a red plaid shirt and black skinny jeans. He had a hat on and his sunglasses. He looked nice.

"Ready?" I ask walking into his room.

"Yep. You look lovely babe" he says grabbing my hand.

"Thanks. You don't look too bad yourself" I say grabbing my iPhone and wallet.

We walked to the elevator and then Paul drove us to the nearest mall.

The mall was very busy and most girls recognized Harry right away. They all knew who I was. Apparently I was that girl Harry's dating. I had become pretty big in the spotlight because I was dating Harry. I didn't mind it but sometimes getting followed around all the time can get a tad irritating.

We walked into the mall and we decided to head to H&M for me.

What we mostly came for at the mall was plain tshirts and sports shorts for the Ghana trip.

"Hey babe. How many shirts should I get?" I ask looking at the plain tshirts.

"Uhh maybe like six because everything gets dirty there and you hold the children" he says

"Okay. Lets go with two white, two gray, one red, and one blue." I said

"Okay. I'm just gonna get some white ones from Urban Outfitters" Harry says

"Sounds good. Lets go pay babe" I say

We walk to the cash registers and then after Urban Outfitters and then we walked back to the car. We were about to get inside the car when a girl yelled something at us. Harry and I both turned around.

"Can I have a picture with you?" she asked Harry.

"Sure" he says

She hands me her phone and says,

"Will you take the picture please?" She asks

"Absolutely" I say. I take the picture and when I go to hand her her phone she slaps me as hard as she can on my face and then takes her phone.

"What was that for?" I ask and glance over at Harry who is now standing protectively at my side

"Harry shouldn't date pieces of crap like you" she said running away

Harry pulled me into a hug and mumbled into my hair "Im Sorry Babe"

I just got inside the car and Harry followed. Paul saw what happened but the car ride back home was silent. I just stared out the window.

Once we got back to the hotel Harry refused to take more fan photos based on the last one.

We walked silently to the elevator and to the room. Once we were in the room I didn't know what else to do so I burst into tears.

"Babe she didn't know what she was saying" Harry says pulling me onto his lap as he sat on the couch.

"If she thought it I'm sure other fans think it" I say burying my head into his chest.
