Chapter 21

Custer's pov

I woke up the next morning laying next to Harry. He looked so cute when he slept. I missed him when he was on tour. I got up out of bed careful not to wake him. I walked to the kitchen and Kennedi was eating cereal.

"Hey" I say taking a seat at the table.

"Hi. How was your sleep?" Kennedi said wiggling her eyebrows

"Great. When I went to bed he was asleep and when I woke up he was asleep." I said

"Haha. All we have is captain crunch cereal" Kennedi complained stirring around the cereal in her bowl.

"Haha! Hey it was on sale so I had to buy it!" I say in defense

"What are you going to eat?" Kennedi asks

"Hmm maybe ill make waffles or something. Ill make muffins!" I say getting up and looking for the muffin mix.

"Okay? What are you going to do? I'm meeting up with Niall for lunch" Kennedi says

"You and Niall" I say quirking an eyebrow.

"Oh shut it! You know we have a thing. It's on the down low" Kennedi says

"Mhmm" I say grabbing eggs from the fridge.

"Do you want me to pick out your outfit today?" Kennedi asks knowing I couldn't live without her choosing my clothes.

"No I think I can do it myself today" I say proudly.

"Okay buy no leggings and muscle tanks!!" She says putting her bowl in the sink

"Fine fine. I wont!" I say pouring the muffin mix into the tray.

"And don't burn your muffins. I'm going to the grocery store so we have food to eat!" Kennedi says

"We have food!" I say

"When you buy food you literally buy the smallest amount like fruit, bread, almond milk, and a bag of pretzels and cereal! I need more than that to survive!" Kennedi says

"Yeah yeah. Go buy yourself food" I say putting the muffin tray in the oven.

"I'll be back in a bit. Nice PJs by the way" Kennedi says going out the front door.

I look down at my PJs and they have cats all over them. I giggle to myself and I decide to take a shower. I walk to my bathroom and notice that Harry's shampoos and hair supplies are all piled in my bathroom. I laughed knowing that he did this before he went to bed.

I get in the shower and decide to use his shampoo because I couldn't find mine in all the mess. His conditioner was my favorite because it smelled really nice.

Once I was done with my shower I put my wet hair in a pony tail and stick a bow in it. I wrap the towel around me tightly and walk to my room.

Harry is still asleep in my room so I quietly walk to my drawers and grab some underwear and a bra. I slid them both on and walk to my closet. I pick out a pair of denim shorts from Abercrombie and then a light blue tank that has a cute side cutout. I tuck my tank in my shorts and head back out to the kitchen. My muffins weren't ready yet.

I remembered I hadn't checked my mailbox yesterday and I knew Kennedi didn't either.

I walked out of my apartment grabbing my phone and my key to the apartment and I walked down stairs.

I walked into the mail room and looked for our box. I slid my key in the hole and grabbed my mail and closed it. I was walking back to my apartment when I tripped over a step. Great I thought to myself.
