Chapter 5

Custer's pov

Lux and I boarded the direct flight to London and we were on the plane for what felt like a whole day. It was so many hours probably like 11 hours. When we arrived in London it was the next day about 7am. When we got off the plane Lux was asleep so I had to carry her. I grabbed my suitcase, her suitcase, and then my handbag and I was carrying Lux on my left hip. This wasn't going to work.

I was struggling to balance all the luggage and a child and it looked obvious. A boy approached me and he was rather cute. He had blonde hair and he was freakishly tall and he had a nice British accent. He was a flight attendant from what I could tell about his uniform. He looked about 20.

"Need help love" he asks

"Oh yes please. Thank you" I say as he takes the two suitcases.

"Oh no problem. I didn't catch your name?" He says

"Custer. And yours is?" I ask

"William. Where are we headed to?" He asks

"Um well I'm a nanny so I'm meeting this little sleeping girls mom here and she said a man named Paul would be here outside with a sign that said my name. "

"Okay. Lets go outside" he says

We walk in silence for a bit until he breaks the silence saying

"So this isn't your child?" He asks pointing to Lux

"Nope she is not mine. I'm her nanny though" I say

"Oh. How come her mom is in London?" He asks

"She is on tour here I believe. She's a hair stylist" I say

"Oh that makes sense now." He says

"So umm your really hot" he begins as we walk out the sliding doors "and I was wondering can I take you out sometime while your in London?" He asks waiting for my response.

"Uhhh" I start to mumble. Lux has woken up and somehow when I started to mumble unsure of what to say she yells "UNCLE HARRY!!" Causing me to almost drop her and my purse.

"Luxxy you could have warned me you were going to yell" I say as I adjust her on my hip and fix my handbag on my shoulder.

"Custer?" William asks "you never gave me an answer"

"An answer for what?" Harry asks approaching the both of us.

"He wants to take my nanny out to eat on a date!" Lux spills.

"Oh what did you say" Harry says seeming more interested

"Uhm well I never answered" I admit

"Because she has a boyfriend" Harry says to William

"Custer? You never mentioned anything about having a boyfriend." William says shocked.

"Sorry William I didn't want to give you the wrong idea. Well we better go because I am tired and we should go see Lux's mom" I say

"Okay. Bye Custer" he says kissing me on my cheek

"Thank you William" I say friendly as William leaves and hands Harry the suitcases

"What was that all about" Harry says

"I have no idea. I just needed help with my luggage. Not a boyfriend" I say laughing

"The car is that way" Harry says

"Oh did um Paul not come?" I ask

"I told him to get everyone breakfast and I would get you two" Harry says with a grin on his face.
