I felt my phone vibrates and fished it from my pocket.

“Ano?” tanong ko agad sa caller. Ano bang pinaggagawa nito at this time of hour?

[Mailabs! You wouldn’t believe this!-]

“Then I wouldn’t believe it.”

[No! It’s not like that man! This is serious matter!] sabi niya na parang shock or whatever.

“Then get to the point then.” kunot-noo kong sabi. Just what the hell is he up to now? Kinuha ko

yung remote at pinahinaan ang volume ng T.V.

[Si bunso dude!]

Buong sistema ng aking katawan ay naging alerto pagkarinig ko nun.

“Why? What happened to her?” I whispered, shocked and excited.

[She’s here dude!]

“Where?”

[Dito sa party ni Brena!]

“What?? Why?? Who’s she with?” Bakit naman pumunta sa party ni Brena si Katey?

[Hindi namin kilala ang dalawang kasama niyang babae except sa isa sa kambal na Hapon.]

…Yue huh?

“Pupuntahan niyo siya?”

[Hindi namin alam dude. Baka may bigla na lang mag-appear na mga tauhan ng lola niya at

haharangan kami papunta sa kanya.]

“Okay, hintayin niyo ako diyan. Text me the address after this call.” I ended the call at tumunog

naman ang phone ko signaling a text message has been received. It’s the address.

I get my car key and immediately get in the car.
